A/N Hello everyone and welcome back to another chapter of Dragonball Z: Shifting Tides! I hope you all haven't been waiting for too long on this chapter to come out. I don't know why people really hate stories with self-inserted characters, especially those with female lead characters. But it appears as though that not many people like me making stories like this. So I will probably continue this story until it reaches the conclusion of the Cell Saga.
Isha landed just outside of Lord Frieza's spaceship as the alien was throwing a temper tantrum about whoever destroyed it. Not only that, but now that his scouters were destroyed, he couldn't even call the Ginyu Force to come assist him and replacing any lost Scouters. He was now giving out orders for each of his military in order to find all the Dragonballs so that he could become immortal.
The young woman was watching the man make these kinds of decisions with barely restrained rage. The fact that her boss was caring only for himself and not the Universe that was under his rule, it really forced her to see who he really was. He was the incarnation of Evil itself, no worse than that, he made even evil fear him from how cruel he was.
She watched Frieza ever since the Planet Kanassa incident, and from what she could see... Frieza had always been evil. He just had one lapse in judgement for her when she arrived at his ship around 20 years ago when she was a mere baby. She gave coordinates to the Earthlings about where each of the Frieza Soldiers were going to be. Allowing them to catch the soldiers unawares and take the Dragonballs from them before killing them and preventing them from killing more innocent Namekians.
From the side she watched as Frieza slowly, but surely the mechanic was managing to fix the communications on the ship. It was here that Isha realized that time was slowly running out for herself and the Earthlings and decided to just leave Frieza here. When asked where she was going, she stated that she'd be searching for the Dragonballs, and that none of his forces returned.
Giving her a nod of approval, she left the area as she flew off in the direction that she barely sensed their presence in the world. Flying through the air, she felt someone giving her pursuit... and was genuinely surprised to see Vegeta flying towards her. It was as though he had a bone to pick with her, so as she touched down nearby the Earthlings base of operations, she turned to look at him.
"I've finally found you, I had been searching for you for a long while." Vegeta said, angrily.
"If you are coming to kill me, then you should know that I'm on your side." Isha said, with a neutral tone.
"Don't care, I need your help." Vegeta said, as Isha stared at him in confusion.
"What are you talking about?" She questioned, narrowing her eyes.
"Tell me what you know about Frieza's fears." Vegeta demanded.
===================================
Isha stood across from Vegeta, the wind of the planet moving the two's hair with it. Isha continued to stare at Vegeta for a long while before she took a deep breath in and spoke aloud.
"From what I can remember, Lord Frieza came to Planet Vegeta in an attempt to kill the Super Saiyan Legend. I don't know why it scared him so much, it wasn't like we were capable of transforming at the time." Isha said, folding her arms.
"So he's afraid of our potential?" Vegeta surmised.
"That's correct, he's fearful about us repopulating our race through... well me." Isha said, as Vegeta nodded.
"It would be nice, but I harbor no feelings towards you." Vegeta said, with a dismissive wave.
"Don't worry, the feelings mutual." Isha said, as she shook her head.
