After eating, we decided to go back to check up on Aesar. Freyja picks up her pet, we say goodbye to Marshall, and we head out to the elf village. We are greeted at the main gate, and we enter. We look for Aesar right away, she is outside supervising the younglings whilst they train.

"Aesar!! Here you are. Are you feeling better?"

"Freyja! Hey! Yes I am as good as new."

"Glad to see you healed up and running again." I say,

"Thanks Alvin, how are you today?"

"Oh, yeah Freyja and I trained hard today, and I got some good progress in too."

"That's great news! We got hit hard yesterday, and because of you, we managed to come out of it with minimal losses, thank you."

"Aww shucks, no problem, I would do my best to help anytime."

"So, how did your recovery go?" Asked Freyja,

"Splendid, I just slept while the nurses took care of me, the best recovery ever."

"That's nice to hear." I add,

"So... you came here to train?" Asks Aesar,

"No, not exactly." Replied Freyja,

"I want you to come with us."

"To where?"

"On an adventure."

"An adventure?"

"Yes."

"Why though? Is it to encounter enemies and train Alvin?"

"Yes."

"So why don't we do that here?"

"Because."

"... because what."

"Real life experience with enemies is what is needed here. Alvin grew so much stronger when he fought the goblins first-handed."

"So where are you planning to go?"

"To a goblin's camp, we will teach them a lesson and train Alvinny Ann over here."

"You don't need to call me that, and I haven't agreed to any of this yet, you are making these plans by yourself." I add,

"Yeah, but it's for your own sake, and it'll be fun anyway." Replied Freyja. "Plus, you kinda don't have a choice."

"I think this is moving way too fast." I say,

"But you already trained hard and honed your skills, you'll be fine against a bunch of goblins."

"I guess you're right, but... ugh, fine, screw it, I'll go and kick some goblin ass."

"Are you sure about this, Freyja?" Aesar asked,

"Yes, yes, I am."

"Ok then, I guess I'll go."

We head back to Aesar's house so she can pack up. We head downhill through the southern gate, into a very flat stretch of land that goes on for as long as the eye can see. This is where I crisped up those goblins, reduced to mere atoms, the smell is still potent though, which makes walking through this unpleasant.

"The goblin settlement is right about over... there."

As Freyja points towards a small patch of trees on the top of a hill not so far away. The trees are inconspicuous, if the goblins have been silent and not constantly attacking the elves, they would have never been discovered.
