The story starts on a dark and stormy night at Arkham Asylum where some of the inmates play a game of Bingo.

Orderly: G-44. G-67.

Inmate: And then when the cops nabbed me, I stashed the cash. Millions.

Guard#1: Quiet!

Inmate: Did you hear me? Millions.

Penguin: Can't you see I'm on a role here?

Inmate: Come on, Penguin, hear me out.

Guard #1: Hey!

Inmate: Bingo!

Orderly: B-83.

Inmate: It was 30 years in the slammer or 10 here at Arkham. I am willing to split the money.

Penguin: Hmm?

Inmate: If you can get us out of here.

Penguin: And where might we retrieve our little nest egg?

Inmate: Trollstopia cemetery. East side. The tombstone with the cross. But I think I'll keep more specific directions to myself. If you can get us out of here.

Penguin: You don't have to worry about me, old friend. I'm as dependable as the Dodo.

Inmate: I knew you were rock solid, Penguin. Not like that other guy.

Penguin: Hmm? You told someone else?

Inmate: Well, at first I went to the only one who's escaped from here more times than you.

Penguin: Who?

Inmate: take it easy. I don't think he understood what I was saying.

Penguin: Who? Who? Who?!?

Inmate: I mean, talk about a real screw loose, huh?

Penguin: Hmm?!? You told him?!?

The alarm goes off.

Guard #2: Joker! He's escaped!

All the inmates cheer. Meanwhile outside, Joker opens up a manhole.

Joker: Goodbye, Arkham! Hello, Trollstopia! (Laughs)

The guards and orderlies bring the inmates back to their cells.

Penguin: That fruit loop's got the step on me!

Orderly: Move it!

Penguin: Oh! Look! It's Joker!

Orderly: Where?!?

The Penguin uses his handcuffs to grab onto the orderly's stick and throw it up in the air while karate kicking him. The stick land on the orderly's forehead and knocks him unconscious. The Penguin uses the stick to grab the orderly's keys.

Penguin: Bingo.
