Ocean:

So it's honestly between Constance or Ricky being said that Constance is ocean best friend but Ricky is her autistic twin so it's rrly hard for her to pick which one. But at the end of the day she always goes to Constance 

Constance:

Noel. 100%, Noel is her gossip buddy and they can shit talk abt so many people and they could just agree with each other for everything. But just like ocean at the end of the day, Constance will always pick ocean 

Jane/Penny:

Ricky. She is a lot more comfortable around Ricky than ever. Her and Ricky hang out 24/7 like once they leave school they are walking together, even once they get home they are immediately on call with each other. They are literally inseparable. You will always catch them together or calling/texting each other

Mischa:

Noel. He couldn't pick anyone else other than Noel. He loves Noel with a passion so just like jane/penny and Ricky, they are always with each other, either being in person, calling, or texting they are always together

Noel: 

Mischa, he never wants to leave his side at all. He always wants to be near mischa, like it could be 2am and noel will text mischa "hey u up-? I wanna talk i can't sleep" and mischa will always reply with "you mean you just miss me?" And noel will always say yes.

Ricky:

Jane/Penny. Always wants to be near her. He loves whenever she calls and they just stay on call. Like those two can be going to bed and they would still be on call and just sleep. He loves having her around especially whenever he's bored or just plain off misses her. Him and jane/Penny do almost everything together so trying to keep them away from each other is like trying to get a cat away from catnip it's rrly hard.
