Harry's POV
"What should we do now?" Sirius asked.

"Be safe. Go anywhere where Dumbledore's influence is the least, and we could get support if required." I said.

"Lucius, please restrain a few here." Tom said.

Lucius looked at him and then understood. Tom wanted Siri and Remmy restrained so he could explain a few things. Lucius silently caste the body bind spell and the incarcerous spell to tie them to the chairs.

"What is the meaning of this?" Sirius shouted.

"Sirius, calm down. They know you will burst out and be spell-happy if you weren't tied." I said.

"Heir Black, Mister Lupin, it is necessary that you be restrained." Tom said.

Sirius tried to take deep breaths so as to calm down.

"My name is Tom Marvolo Riddle." Tom said. "You could also call me Voldemort." He continued.

Sirius and Remus wanted to scream.

"Please stop. I know this is hard to digest, hard to be civil with the one who just killed two of your best friends, who are also my parents. But please stay quiet until he is done. I want to know what his original goals were before he became a megalomaniac." I said.

"Harry." Sirius pleaded.

"Sirius, there is something the inheritence paper doesn't show. Yes, I am Lily and James' son, but do you know that they were cheating on each other while leaving me to you. Do you know that with the eiditic memory, I remember that they didn't even want me. They only started caring for me when the old man said I was the prophecy child. Dumbledorepromised them fame and money if they cared for me." I said.

It was true. Lily always would complain that she was too young to have a child. James would shout at me that I was the reason he was stuck with the harpy of a woman, who he once thought was a brilliant girl.

"What about the wills?" Severus asked. "They felt like they really care about you."

"Anyone could fake emotions Severus. Why else would they stay in a cottage than the Potter Manor. The wards of the Manor would never allow anyone inside. The Potters are one of the Sacred Twenty Eight. Their Manors are the best warded. But Dumbledore said they could get more famous if they stayed in the cottage rather than the manor. It would also show that they trusted the old man, and he could be seen as their mentor and mine as he helped me defeat the Dark Lord." I said.

Sirius was slowly remembering something from the look on his face. "He really didn't want you, didn't he?" Sirius asked, as he looked at me from where he was tied.

"What did you remember, Siri?" I asked.

"He placed you in my arms one day and said he had had enough of having a child. I thought there was something wrong with him, so I called Dumbledore. The forced James to raise you, promising him all the fame that you could get once you took the Dark Lord down. Then he obliviated me." Sirius said.

"I had a similar encounter with Lily." Remus said.

"See, now you know that it is good that they're dead. I would've been raised in a more abusive house and been more neglected than when I was sent to the Dursleys." I said.

"So, you are not mad that I killed your parents?" Tom asked.

"According to Mortem, you were sane when you tried to fire the curse at me like what happened today. But I wasn't able to stop the compulsion towards you at that time like I did now. As you were trying to fight it off, the old man fired the curse at me. You know that only I could keep you sane, and you didn't want to lose that, so you put yourself in the way of the curse. I am thankful you tried to save me now that I know, but it was not required." I said.
