The sun was peeking through Andrew's Curtains in his room. He stretched in his bed before rolling over to look at the time. "Dammit, 6:00" He had woken up late.

After Andrew had gotten ready for work he was about to leave when he opened his front door and saw his mail waiting for him infront of his door. "Out in the open like this though? Gosh" He said to himslef as he bent over to grab the mail. He looked through the mail and all of a sudden he saw a envelope that said "Europe Tickets" He was more than excited to see this.

On his way to school, Andrew thought if he should give the tickets to May herself, or wait to give them to Havana since she's the adult. He decided to definitely wait, mostly because he wanted to see her again.

Andrew's work day went smoothly, he informed May that she had won the contest but she already knew, apparently Havana just couldn't conceal her excitement. After the school day was over and the kids were starting to leave the classroom he stopped May. "Hey, May?"

May stopped at the door and turned around. "Yea Mr.Carter?" She said softly.

"Is your mom working today?"

"Uhm yea.. she works almost everyday" He kind of knew that already seeing she was a doctor but he needed to know for sure. "Why are you asking?"

"Uhm no reason" He thought it would be inappropriate to show up at the hospital where Havana works. "Actually, I have something for you"

May walked over to his desk with curiosity. "What?"

He opened his desk drawer where he had put the tickets that morning and took them out. "Here. This is your mom's and your ticket for the competition in Europe. Make sure you get these home safely to your mom."

"Omg!! Yea—yea, thank you Mr.Carter. This is all so real now" May had the biggest smile on her face as she took the tickets from his hand. "Thank you so much"

"Of course, just make sure—"

"—To get them home safely to my mom. I know" She took off her book bag to put the tickets in an empty pocket she had in it.

Andrew couldn't help but smile softly, seeing May so happy about this made him happy. He loved seeing a smile on his students faces. "You have a good rest of your day, ok? And tell your mom I said hi"

"Thank you, you too Mr.Carter. And sure, I will" May but her book bag back on snd headed towards the door where two of her friends were waiting so they could go to the bus together. And just like that, his classroom was empty. He couldn't help but think if he actually should have went to the hospital to give Havana the tickets personally. "It's inappropriate, i'm her daughter's teacher.. it's inappropriate" He thought to himself. He was so lost in his thoughts he didn't even notice his friend Madison at his door speaking to him.

"Andrew? Did you hear me?" She said walking closer to his desk with her eyebrows furrowed.

"Huh?" He cleared his throat and looked up at Madison. "Oh sorry Madison, I was just thinking about something"

Her eyebrows shot up. "Or someone.." She leaned her hand on his desk and crossed her foot.

He sighed, noticing what she was implying. "Madison.. you are truly something else."
