Dean turned his head when he saw lights shining through the store from outside.
"I'll go check that out. Stay here, be careful. Smash anything that moves. And look after him." Dean said, directing the last part to Millie. He went to see what the lights were from and noticed they were headlights. "Crap."
Sam heard a noise and turned around looking for the source, while Millie held up her gun as a precaution. Neither of them noticed that Mary was in the mirror, staring at Sam.
While Dean dealt with the police, Sam spotted Mary in the mirror and smashed it with the crowbar, making Millie jump back. However, Mary quickly moved to a different one, which Sam smashed as well.
He faced the main mirror again. "Come on. Come into this one."
Sam saw that his reflection started to change from what he was doing. Suddenly, Sam started to have trouble breathing and blood began to trickle from his eye. He dropped the crowbar, losing it somewhere under the furniture and grabbed at his heart.
"Sam!" Millie yelled, running to catch her brother who collapsed onto her, unable to use any strength to get up. Millie was unaware of the taunts Sam's reflection was throwing at him. "Dean!"
Dean knocked out the cops and ran in, found the crowbar and smashed the mirror.
"Sammy! Sammy!" Dean called out, lifting his brother's weight off of Millie and grabbing at his face.
"It's Sam." He smiled, already feeling better.
"God, are you okay?" Millie asked, coming out from behind him and checking at the blood covering his face.
"Uh, yeah."
"Come on, come on."
Dean pulled one of Sam's arm over his shoulder, while Millie did the same with the other as they carried their little brother away from the mirror. They managed to get a few steps away, before stopping when they heard the glass breaking.
They turned around and saw Mary crawling on the broken glass towards them. Mary stood up, suddenly, and started walking towards the Winchesters as all three siblings began to bleed from their eyes. They collapsed onto the floor in pain.
Millie grabbed onto the mirror beside her and held it up for Mary to see her own reflection. Mary looked up, gasping, as her eyes began to bleed as well.
"You killed them! All of those people! You killed them!" Mary's reflection hissed at her.
Mary was choking as she started to melt until she was just a pile of blood. Mille threw the mirror she was holding onto the ground and it shattered.
"Hey, Millie?" Dean said.
"Yeah?"
"This has got to be like... what? 600 years of bad luck between us?" Dean asked, earning a weak chuckle from Sam and Millie.

The next day, the Winchesters drove Charlie back to her house.
"So this is really over?" Charlie asked, sighing in relief.
"Yeah, it's over." Dean confirmed.
"Thank you." Charlie smiled, shaking Dean's hand and giving Millie a quick hug, before getting out of the car.
"Charlie?" Sam called to her. "Your boyfriend's death... you really should try to forgive yourself. No matter what you did, you probably couldn't have stopped it. Sometimes bad things just happen."
Charlie smiled faintly at Sam and headed back into her house. Dean tapped Sam on the shoulder.
"That's good advice." Dean smiled as they drove off. "Hey, Sam?"
"Yeah?"
"Now that this is all over... I want you tell me what that secret is."
"Look... you're my brother and I'd die for you and Millie, but there are some things I need to keep to myself." Sam told him.
"Sam?" Millie said.
"Yeah?"
"What do you think Jessica would say? If she knew you were saving all these people's lives?" Millie asked. Sam paused, then let out a faint smile.
"She'd... probably say she was proud."
"And what do you think she would say if she knew you were blaming yourself?"
Sam hesitated, not knowing how to answer. He turned in his seat and locked eyes with his sister. Millie held out her hand and Sam gripped it like it was a lifeline. He turned back in his seat, feeling a bit of weight coming off his shoulders, until he spotted Jessica, in a white dress, standing on the street. He watched her in disbelief until she disappeared.
And just like that, the weight was back.
