Transported to Another Reality {Temporarily On Hold}

At some point (Y/n) managed to sync the calendar and the time on her devices with that reality's Earth, and according to her calendar it was the day before Valentine's Day. She finally had a boyfriend and she knew galra celebrated holidays, but there wasn't any equivalent to Valentine's Day on Daibazaal and she really wanted to celebrate it with him. Since the next day would be Valentine's Day (Y/n) wanted to spend it with Sendak and plan something they could do together, luckily she already had a small list of romantic activities they could do with each other; she wasn't sure what they would do yet, but she still had some time to figure it out. Once (Y/n) finished her morning routine and got dressed she left her bedroom as usual; she didn't see Sendak waiting for her, so naturally she figured he must have been busy and she patiently waited in the hallway for him. The thought of spending Valentine's Day with Sendak was just so exciting for her, especially since she'd never had a significant other to spend it with before; she could hardly wait to tell him about the holiday dedicated to love and friendship.

While Sendak got ready for the day he stood in front of his bathroom mirror, figuring out how to make his fur look fluffier. He used outward brush strokes with his soft bristled brush which worked well to get the effect he wanted while he gently brushed out any tangles. Just thinking about giving (Y/n) a good morning kiss sent a flurry of flutters up from his stomach to his heart and he wore a goofy grin on his face the more he thought about kissing her. His teeth were already brushed, he'd used the bathroom and he already wore most of his armor, all he needed to do was finish fluffing his fur. Once Sendak deemed himself sexy enough, he put his brush away, turned his bathroom light off on his way out prior to leaving his room only to find (Y/n) patiently waiting for him.

“Good morning, My Handsome Warrior. I've been waiting for you.” (Y/n) greeted Sendak flirtatiously after he exited his bedroom, slightly swaying her hips as she approached him.

“Good morning to you too, Angel. You appear to be in a very good mood this morning.” Sendak answered, beaming at his girlfriend when he knelt down and she hugged him.

“You could say that~ Tomorrow's considered a very special day on Earth and, I know that this isn't Earth, but I really want to celebrate it with you.” (Y/n) hinted with a sly tone, lightly biting her bottom lip while she gazed into his eyes.

“A special day? Like a holiday? I wouldn't mind celebrating it with you. What kind of ‘special day’ is it?” Sendak queried, ears perking up as his curiosity got the better of him.

“It is a holiday and this year it's my favorite; it's called Valentine's Day and it's a day reserved for celebrating love and friendship. Now that we're together I can't wait to celebrate it with you.” (Y/n) replied with a huge smile, fluttering her eyes a couple of times flirtatiously.

Sendak really liked the idea of a holiday that celebrated love, although he wasn't exactly sure how it was celebrated and asked his girlfriend to further explain it to him. Human holidays still fascinated him and he'd never heard of Valentine's Day before, he looked forward to hearing about it. (Y/n) took a deep breath to calm herself before she began explaining Valentine's Day to her boyfriend, starting with how couples celebrated it by giving each other cards, gifts, going out on dates together or staying in for a movie night, along with various other activities, and how couples gave each other sweets. While she explained everything she got a few ideas of what she wanted to do with Sendak the next day, but of course she wanted to hear what he might want to do with her. Sendak liked everything (Y/n) told him and he thought of the perfect gift he could give her, although he would be risking his life to get it, nevertheless it was definitely worth it; he would also give her a normal gift and a card, though.

“Well, what do you think? Would you like to celebrate it with me?” (Y/n) inquired, knowing that he would judging by the eager expression on his face.
