Malcolm's eyes narrowed as he watched Ivory embrace Lucien. He had been hiding in the shadows, waiting for his moment to strike. But now, he saw that Ivory was lost to him. She had chosen Lucien's path, and there was no going back. With a snarl, Malcolm stepped forward, his eyes blazing with anger. "You fool," he spat at Ivory. "You have no idea what you've gotten yourself into."Lucien sneered at him, his eyes flashing with triumph. "And you have no idea what we're capable of," he said. "Together, we'll crush you and your pathetic attempts at resistance."Malcolm's face twisted with rage, and he launched himself at Lucien. But Ivory stepped forward, her eyes flashing with a newfound power."Stop," she said, her voice commanding.

"This ends now."

And with that, she raised her hand, and a blast of dark energy shot out, sending Malcolm flying across the room.Malcolm struggled to his feet, his eyes wide with shock. He had never seen Ivory like this before. She was powerful, confident, and terrifying."You've made a mistake," he growled, his voice barely above a whisper. "You'll never be able to control this power."Ivory smiled, her eyes gleaming with a dark light. "I don't need to control it," she said. "I just need to embrace it."And with that, she raised her hands, and a wave of dark energy washed over Malcolm, sending him crashing to the ground.Lucien watched, a smile spreading across his face. "Well done," he said, his voice dripping with approval. "You're a natural."Ivory turned to him, her eyes flashing with excitement. "What's next?" she asked, her voice barely above a whisper.Lucien's smile grew wider. "Next, we take the city," he said. "And then, the world."Ivory's eyes gleamed with anticipation. She knew that she had made the right choice. She was ready to embrace the darkness, and take her rightful place beside Lucien. But as they turned to leave, a voice echoed through the chamber, stopping them in their tracks."You'll never succeed," it said.Ivory and Lucien turned to face the speaker, their eyes scanning the shadows. A figure stepped forward, cloaked in darkness."Who are you?" Lucien demanded, his voice dripping with arrogance. The figure pulled back its hood, revealing a woman with piercing green eyes. "I am Ariana," she said, her voice low and mysterious.

"And I am here to stop you."

Ivory's eyes narrowed.

"You're a member of the resistance," she spat.

Ariana smiled. "I am the leader," she said. "And I will not let you destroy our world."Lucien sneered. "You're no match for us," he said. "We have the power of the ancient ones on our side."Ariana's smile grew wider. "We'll see about that," she said, raising her hand.A blast of energy shot out, striking Lucien and sending him flying across the room. Ivory gasped, her eyes wide with shock."You'll pay for that," she snarled, raising her own hands. But Ariana was ready. She countered Ivory's attack with ease, sending her stumbling back."You're not as powerful as you think you are," Ariana said, her eyes flashing with triumph.Ivory's face twisted with rage. "We'll see about that," she snarled, launching herself at Ariana. The two women clashed, their powers locked in a struggle that shook the very foundations of the chamber. Lucien watched, a smile spreading across his face.
