Chapter 15- Victorous Aftermath

Before the chapter really begins, I hope you all enjoy the second half of the Kaiju Fanfic! Not sure if I will go through with making a sequel, but I would love to give it a try if I am able to.

Earth's Guardian Monsters and Humanity had survived and won against the onslaught launched by the Xiliens! With Monster Zero being finally killed for good and Mecha-King Ghidorah also being taken care of along with the destruction of the entire Xilien armada, all life on Earth was saved from total annihilation. Goshin however was in a somewhat frozen state of exhaustion and rage as he had never fought with so much vigor and nearly depleted all of his energy.

Most of Earth's monsters were beginning to return to either Monster Island or their own respective domains...

Gamera: So, like I would love to stay and help or whatever, but I'm pretty sure there are some Gyaos that I need to go make extinct so I'll see you guys around.

Gamera took off spinning in the sky to who knows where to most likely turn Gyaos into bloody chunks. Jira and Komi were proud parents as the egg was beginning to hatch, but it would be another day before it entered the world. Barb was nearly fully recovered now.

Gigan and Space Godzilla were negotiating their means of wishing to be pardoned from their previous rampage so that they may be allowed to stay on Earth, and while it was allowed, the Global Defense Force tasked Kiryu with ensuring that the two alien visitors clean up the messes they were solely responsible for creating in the first place.

Kong and Goji were finally understanding each other and putting their past feuds aside to make peace between their two species. The charges against new Apex Cybernetics director/owner Leonard Young were massive as he miraculously survived a crash landing inside a Xilien escape pod and would spend the next 27 years behind bars for conspiring and aiding a terroristic alien party, and Apex Cybernetics would now be under the leadership of Dr. Tanjiro Shiragami who vowed to use his brilliant mind and skills for the better of not only mankind, but for the sake of Planet Earth.

Goshin: We... Won... It's... all over now. *I said with a hoarse and raspy voice as my glowing body cooled down to a stable level.*

Goji: You truly are special Sean- I mean! I mean Goshin...

Goshin then began slowly falling to the ground, but thankfully all citizens and ground based military personnel were far away and no one got crushed under him. The ground shook with the force of a 1.8 magnitude earthquake. Goji and all the other monsters were quite concerned.

Kiryu marched her way over to Goshin.

Kiryu: Allow me make some biometric scans and vitals of him. *she said as she began scanning and receiving Goshin's vitals.*

Mothra: He was surging with deadly and unstable energy moments ago, but there's no way he actually managed to expel his reserved radiation right?

Kiryu completed her analysis.

Kiryu: Well there's good news and bad news. Good news is that he'll live and be able to regain his full strength again. However, the bad news is that it seems like Goshin is in a catatonic state due to him depleting an energy supply equivalent to detonating 3 atom bombs at once.

Goji: Well that's not good... how along until he wakes back up!?

Kiryu: Hard to tell from the data... my readings suggest that he should be taken to a high radiation stockpile area to speed up the process.

Kong: I've got matters of my own in Hollow Earth, sorry but this is where we part ways G-Girl.

Goji: I told you to stop calling me G-Girl. It's weird.

Kong: Haha, whatever Goji. See you around!

Kong left the scene to return home. Queen Ghidorah stayed behind and got an idea.

Queen Ghidorah: I'll fly him to the Arctic... I need Space Godzilla, Mothra, and Kiryu to aid me in this though.

Goji trusted Queen Ghidorah and allowed her to carry Goshin off as Space Godzilla and Mothra and Kiryu followed behind.

Goji: Be safe Goshin...

When they all reach the Arctic...

Queen Ghidorah: Space Godzilla create a bunch of crystals around Goshin! Mothra your scales give life right?

Mothra nods

Queen Ghidorah: Do it. Kiryu, go and fetch as much halogen, uranium, polonium, and plutonium as possible!

Kiryu: Would one of my reserve energy reactor cells be a more effective alternative?

Queen Ghidorah: Actually, Yes!

*Space Godzilla spawns many of her crystals around Goshin as Mothra sprinkles her golden scales down on Goshin. Kiryu places the reactor core by me and Queen Ghidorah's gives a command*

Queen Ghidorah: Good work Mothra, he's been covered in your blessed scales enough! Now get clear of the area! I'm going to electrify the crystals. When that's done, Space Godzilla, and Kiryu I'll need you both to cross beam attacks and blast the reactor core at the same time!

Kiryu: I see... running simulation for best results. Kiryu says as she does an internal simulation of the plan to see the possible outcomes. Simulation complete. The odds of Goshin waking up are high, but there is also a slight possibility that my systems will short-circuit if the blast yield is somehow greater than what I've calculated.

Space Godzilla: Enough of the nerd talk! Let's bring our friend back to life!

Queen Ghidorah shoots her Gravity Beams at the Space Crystals circling Goshin and amplifies them in an energy conducting ring. Space Godzilla and Kiryu proceed to charge their attacks at the same time. Space Godzilla's Corona Beam and Kiryu's Twin Maser Cannon both get unleashed and merge and upon hitting the reactor core a massive flaming bioelectric explosion occurs, but rather than the radiation spreading it is sucked inwards as Goshin's body absorbs it.

Mothra: Did it work?

Kiryu: *her systems slightly thrown off due to minor interference* Stabilizing... I'll be fine.

A familiar roar gets their attention as Goshin slowly rises from the frozen crater.

Goshin: Thanks for the boost guys. Wait, where's Goji?

Queen Ghidorah: Back on the mainland, but she's probably back on Monster Island by now. Why don't you tell us the deal between you and her?

Goshin: Uh... What? I don't know what you're talking about? *His tail thudding against the icy ground while not looking at them*

Mothra: Someone's blushing....

Goshin: I am so not blushing!

Space Godzilla: Guys enough, he's been through enough already. Hey, I hope we can get along after the whole deal with the old me trying to... well ya know?

Goshin: It's fine... Goji would've taken care of you if she didn't trust you so we are good. Anyway, let's just go back to Monster Island, I'm tired and just wanna sleep in peace without aliens trying to takeover the planet or some other malicious titan trying to break the balance of nature...

Kiryu returned to Japan for repairs and upgrades until she was needed again, Space Godzilla was already done with her half of the peace deal, but decided she would be fine napping in the Arctic. Mothra and Goshin traveled back to Monster Island where Goji happily greeted them.

Goji: Let me guess, still sleepy after all that's happened?

Goshin: Yep... I don't feel like doing any patrolling or anything. Just wanna curl up and take a long, peaceful, undisturbed, quiet, and well deserved nap.

Goji: You and me both. Let's get to that nap then alright?

Goshin: Way ahead of you Goji...
