The room was quiet, illuminated only by the soft glow of a few candles scattered across the stone walls. Shadows flickered gently, casting a calm atmosphere that soothed the space.
Damn. I still feel sore. That man...he just simply can't be human.
Zenvi lay under thick blankets, her body heavy with exhaustion. Slowly, her eyes fluttered open, adjusting to the dim light. She tried to sit up but immediately felt a dull ache radiating through her body.
Her hand instinctively went to her side, wincing slightly from the lingering pain where her bald pet had accidentally hit her.
She sighed, letting her feet slide out from under the blankets and onto the cool stone floor. Every movement was deliberate and slow as she rose from the bed, her muscles still sore and stiff.
The faint scent of the candles filled the air, adding to the tranquil atmosphere of the room. With a deep breath, she made her way toward the door, each step easing the stiffness in her body.
Alright. Now I just want to know where that baldy went.
As Zenvi opened the door and stepped out into the hallway, two guards stationed outside immediately straightened up. Their eyes flickered with concern as they noticed her, but they remained silent.
"Where's my pet? The one who's bald?" Zenvi asked, her voice quiet but steady.
One of the guards stepped forward and bowed slightly. "He's outside, General Zenvi. By the tower's entrance."
Zenvi sighed softly, rubbing her temples. She wasn't in the mood to deal with her pet's unpredictability at the moment. "Of course he is," she muttered under her breath.
She looked back at the guards. "And where is General James?"
The second guard responded this time, pointing down the dimly lit corridor. "In the room just ahead, General."
Zenvi gave a small nod, her expression softening. Despite the pain in her body, her demeanor remained composed, regal even. She reached out and patted both guards on the shoulders in a gesture of silent appreciation.
"Thank you," she said, her voice carrying a note of gratitude.
With that, Zenvi turned and began walking down the corridor, her pace slow but steady as she made her way toward General James's room.
The flickering candlelight illuminated her path as the sound of her footsteps echoed softly in the stillness.
If I can't forcefully get pleasure from the baldy, then I'll just get it from James...
The hallway stretched ahead of her, quiet and peaceful, as she neared the door, her mind already shifting to whatever conversation awaited her.

Saitama blinked awake, staring up at the starry night sky. The cool breeze brushed against his face, and the faint sound of crickets filled the air. He yawned and stretched, realizing he was lying on a wooden bench outside, near the front of the stone castle. For a moment, he didn't even remember how he got there.
Why am I outside?
He sighed, sitting up.
I don't even remember falling asleep.
He glanced around. A few of Zenvi's men were stationed at the edges of the castle grounds, standing watch with serious expressions. They paid no attention to him, and he returned the favor, Saitama rubbed the back of his head, feeling a bit stiff from the uncomfortable position he'd slept in.
