"I have a lovely day planned out for us," Gojo said as he burst into your room. He had a picnic basket hanging off his arm and wasn't wearing his uniform, dressed in casual clothes instead.
"Knock next time!" You finished with your lipstick before slipping it into your pocket. These pants had particularly deep pockets that you could even fit your phone in.
Gojo hummed before leaning against the door frame. "For someone who didn't want to go on this date, you're certainly dressed up. You look pretty good for hating me."
Your lips curved upwards into a smile and you flicked your eyes over his own outfit. "I wanted to match you, but you certainly didn't put in the effort. Give me a minute to change."
"No!" Gojo held up a hand. "Let's just go. You're fine. It looks good."
"Why thank you," you said before slipping past him out the door.
"Marry me," he whispered into your ear as you passed. His fingers brushed the nape of your neck as his eyes fluttered.
"No," you responded cheerily as you elbowed his gut.
Gojo gasped as he doubled over, clutching at his abdomen. He forced a smile before trailing after you. "One day."
"Absolutely not," you firmly said. "I still haven't forgotten about that stupid bet you made with yourself. About kissing you or whatever."
Gojo caught up with you in a couple long strides. "I haven't either. In fact, I'm gonna win. I always win, because I'm the best. And I'm gonna get you to say it, too. Then we're gonna kiss, and get married, and have like, a dozen kids."
"You're taking this very fast. When do you meet my parents in this little story of yours?" You checked your phone for messages, pulling up your conversation with Kento. He had sent you a vague text about good news. You fired back a reply before glancing up at Gojo, who was staring at your face. "What?"
"Your parents are dead," Gojo bluntly reminded you.
"So? We can always visit their graves." You scowled at Nanami's message of 'Gojo has been told to inform you of the news' before glaring at the man himself. "And don't you have something to tell me?"
"Huh?" Gojo blinked innocently.
"Kento says you need to tell me some news." You tapped your phone impatiently. "Tell me. Now."
"After the date," Gojo countered.
"Now."
"After dessert."
You narrowed your eyes before saying, "After dinner, and I leave right after dessert."
"Deal," Gojo giddily said as he skipped ahead to a patch of grass. He laid a blanket out and patted it, placing the basket down. "Sit."
"It's only nine in the morning," you grumbled as you plopped down onto the blanket. "We're having dinner already?"
"What? No. First we're playing a little game of mine." Gojo looked frankly insulted that you wanted the day to be over with.
"I don't want to play any of your little games," you tiredly said. You scrolled through your phone and found a new book to entertain yourself with. If you aren't allowed to leave the premises, you needed to-
"What are you doing?" Gojo peered over, craning his neck to peek at your screen. "Pay attention to me. I brought you out here for a date!"
"I'm dating someone," you huffed out as you selected a new series to read.
Gojo stiffened. "Like... Seeing each other and only each other? Being exclusive? Monogamous?"
You squinted at him. "Uh, I don't know? We have a second date arranged. What's with all the questions?"
