I don't even write my dates in that order usually, but I can appreciate a national day of remembrance and memes when I see one.
Now, that being said, to the actual entry.
I went to the orthodontist today, and now my bottom brackets have one really long rubber band on them. Not sure what that's called. It has more pressure on it than the normal wire, and feels... Oddly nice. Tingly, sort of.
The Hamilton/American Revolution hyperfixation is still completely relentless. It's gotten to the point that I'm teaching myself Copperplate script (the sort of cursive that was popular in the late 1700s) and tying it into school projects wherever and whenever I can.Oh, also, on the topic of the Revolution, my birthday was yesterday! This is one of the things I got.
I apologise if the image is sideways, it's the only way I can insert it.
I had to try so very hard to act normal when I was given this, but I'm fairly certain I was shaking and grinning wider than the Cheshire cat at the time. Hopefully it didn't concern my family too terribly.
also some of the kids in my science class keep referring to Abraham Lincoln as a founding father. It takes an exponential amount of willpower on a daily basis to resist the (rather attractive) thought of pummeling them into the ground. Honestly, it baffles me how one could have their mental timeline so askew.Well, I think that's everything for today. Until next time.
