Starting with the cover of the book, I can see the efforts made by the author. The author has used the 'aesthetic' theme which is popular nowadays. Despite the efforts, I would like to suggest the author simply make the cover as simple as possible. There are a lot of pictures and many fonts used, making the reader confused over which one is the title.
It's better if the author adds the male lead and the other two female leads side-by-side on a black background. Also, try using a single font which is visible and doesn't contrast with the cover. I also couldn't see the author's name, kindly consider adding one. You can also ask one of the graphic cover designers on the app, there are many talented cover designers.

The title gives us a small insight into the plot. It surely conveys the theme of the book but I'd like it if you try to cut it short.
Usually, many of the readers don't read books with long titles. Maybe giving it a small title with the same meaning will help. I don't have anything against long titles; it's just a simple opinion, and I suppose, many would agree with me.
Examples- 'The Two-Way Path' 'Stuck Between The Sea and Fire' 'Destined To Who?' 'A Choice Between Two Oceans' 'Trapped Between'
The titles above are some suggestions. These are not very attractive, but they give the same meaning with fewer words.

I apologize if I come across harsh with the points but this is what I honestly think is the best.
The description consists of many grammatical and punctuation errors. It's also written in a single sentence. The author has stretched the sentence and turned it into a paragraph using commas and conjunctions.
