The entire Mehta family was now seated in the Kothari mansion. They had arrived about 10 minutes ago. Both sets of grandparents were engaged in their own conversations, while the others—Raj, Neeta, Harsh, Anjali, Ajay, Sarika, Kian, Shrey, Jai, and Divy—were talking amongst themselves. However, Divy was mostly just responding with a simple "yes" or "no," keeping quiet for the most part.

Divy had been silently scanning the room, trying to spot Kritika, but she was nowhere to be seen. Observing his restlessness, his grandfather, Devendra, chuckled and, looking at his friend Ratan, said, "Arey bhai, where is Kritika bitiya? Please call her, we've all been a little too excited since yesterday!"

Hearing this, everyone in the room chimed in one after the other, almost in unison, "Haan, Kritika kaha hai?"

Just then, Sarika spoke up, "Woh aati hi hogi, uska kuch important kaam aa gaya tha, isliye..."

"Ohh, achha achha... no problem," Divy's mom Neeta said, and everyone nodded in agreement. Just then, Kritika arrived.

As soon as Kritika stepped into the hall, Divy couldn't take his eyes off her.

"Lo, she's here!" Neeta said, and everyone stood up. Kritika approached them and greeted everyone. Since she already knew them, she comfortably mingled, chatting with ease.

She had already seen everyone from outside the hall, including Divy, and for a moment, her heartbeat seemed to stop. While talking to everyone, she secretly kept glancing at Divy from time to time.

After about 20-30 minutes, Ratan Dadaji spoke up, "So, we all know why we're here today... let's get to the point. Divy and Kritika, why don't you both have a chat, get to know each other, and then we'll decide how to move forward?"

"Jiii, Dada," Kritika said, then turned towards her mom, dad, and brother. She gave them a quick glance, and all three nodded subtly, encouraging her to go ahead. She then turned to Divy and said, "Let's go." Divy simply nodded, and together they left the living hall.

From behind, Neeta ji commented, "Haaye, they look so good together." Supporting her, Sarika added, "Yes, Bhabhi, you're absolutely right."

Both of them had now settled in a cozy gazebo in the garden.

"Hello, Kritika," she said with a sweet smile, extending her hand toward Divy as she introduced herself

"Hello, Kritika," she said with a sweet smile, extending her hand toward Divy as she introduced herself.

Divy looked at her face, then, with a small smile, shook her hand and said, "Hello, Kritika... Divy," he introduced himself in return.

"Oh, thank you," Kritika replied, tucking her hair behind her ear with one hand.

"So, this is our first meeting," Kritika said, continuing the conversation.

"Technically, yes..." Divy replied with a mysterious smile.

"So, Kritika, what are you currently doing? I mean, in terms of your career?" Divy asked, trying to keep the conversation going.
