Kaavya stirred from her restless sleep, the sound too loud to ignore. She rose from her bed, her footsteps soft on the cold floor as she moved to shut the window.
As she reached for the latch, her eyes wandered outside, drawn to the chaos of the storm. But her mind was far away, lost in thoughts of Rajveer. Since the day they parted, a deep sadness had settled within her, an ache she couldn't shake.
The distance between them weighed heavily, and no matter how hard she tried, she couldn't push him from her thoughts.
She whispered to herself, "These strong winds have brought a storm into my life... a storm that will never let me rest in peace again."
Her mind drifted back to Rajveer, the way he looked at her, the way his touch had lingered, the warmth of his kiss, and how he held her in his arms as if the world outside didn't exist. How could she ever forget him?
