3: Lies

TIME: 1:23AM
LOCATION: CATHERINE AND BLAKE CAMEO'S HOUSE

  "Niccolo baby we still love you we're just confused that's all, baby, I know you're scared but me and your father will support you wether your human, vampire, or in between, look honey, I need you to come with me to the hospital, it'll be a secret, we'll go in since I'm a nurse there I can get us in, I'll get you a VAH Virus test and we can see what's changed about you, okay?" Niccolo's mom tells her son.

  "Alright.. just give me some space for now mom.. we can go in 20 minutes.. I just want to be alone for now" Niccolo tells his mother. "Okay baby" Catherine tells her son with a smile and heads out of his room.

  "What are you going to do?" Niccolo's dad Blake asks Catherine. "Im just going to get him tested at the hospital, by secret obviously and then we can see what's changed about him, I think that when he was born he was human since me and him have to take testing every year it always said he was free from the VAH virus but.. maybe as he hit puberty and got older your genes took over and he became a vampire? I'm not 100% sure" Catherine tells Blake.

  "That makes sense, be careful when you guys go to the hospital, I wouldn't want anything to happen to my family" Niccolo's dad tells Catherine. "Yeah honey, it's best you stay here and make sure that girl doesn't escape and me and Niccolo will go" Catherine tells Blake.

  Blake nods in understanding and time passes. Narrator: Catherine opens her son's door, he's lying down on his bed with his hoodie on, music is blasting from his earphones. "Niccolo it's time to go" Catherine tells her son.

  Hours go by they're now back home. "So what did the results say?" Niccolo asks his mother. "I was right.. you're a VH Breed.. half human.. half vampire.. but you only just turned this year.. that's why you're having a hard time controlling your urges.. you're not used to this.. you have to learn son.. you have to hold back.. that's why you wanted to drink her blood.. your body needs blood now that you've turned.. and you've only been eating human foods.. you have to start drinking animal blood to control your urges." Catherine tells her son.

  "One last thing.. you're not contiagious.. that means the woman you bit will be fine" Niccolo's mother tells him before leaving his room.

  Narrator: It is now morning. Niccolo's dad is gone, Niccolo's mom is asleep.

      NICCOLO'S POINT OF VIEW:

  It's 8:42AM. I know I shouldn't go into the guest room.. but.. I want to see her.. I open the door quietly and enter the room. Just us. Door closed. Just us. She has.. a bandage on her neck.. she's asleep.. I'm going to sit next to her. I'm not going to hurt her.. I just want to see..

  She's so.. pretty.

  Narrator: Niccolo lightly places his left hand on the side of her head.. while he places his right hand on her cheek.. just lightly caressing her face. The woman starts to open her eyes slowly. She's now awake.

  "Huh? Where am I?" I wonder. It's that vampire.. I feel so lightheaded.. "My neck is killing me" I say quietly as I grab my neck and slowly.. all the memories that took last night start replaying in my mind..

  "Oh my god.. you bit me.." I look up at him. He's standing up now looking down at me.. like I'm some prey.. I quickly get up and try to run out of the room but.. I'm weak.. after last night.. I feel like I'm in a nightmare where you try to run but your legs are heavy and you're running so slow..

  Before I can get out he pins me against the door and covers my mouth. "You have to be quiet, my mom could come" he says looking down at me. His eyes glistening.. my eyes watery.. but no tears. I feel so conflicted..
 
   He's getting closer. I feel.. tension between us.. he's looking down at my lips then at my eyes.. I'm doing the same.. our eyes lock.. he's an inch away from my face. He grabs my face with his hands and starts kissing me..
