Ino hummed a familiar tune as she unpacked the last of her groceries onto the counter. The evening was shaping up to be a lively one—Sakura and Sasuke were hosting another of their dinner gatherings, something of a tradition since Sasuke had returned to the village and officially started dating Sakura. It still seemed surreal sometimes, seeing those two together after everything they had been through.
Yet, despite their public relationship, Ino knew little about the details. Sakura, ever the private one, wasn't one to gossip about her love life, not even with her closest friends. Ino had tried to coax out juicy details on more than one occasion, but Sakura always kept things vague, dodging questions with a smile or changing the subject.
And so, while everyone knew Sasuke and Sakura were a couple, Ino couldn't help but wonder how things were really going between them. Were they as happy and intense as their pasts suggested? Was Sasuke as emotionally reserved behind closed doors as he was in public? Ino shook her head, chuckling to herself. Leave it to her to overthink her best friend's relationship.
She reached into the last grocery bag, pulling out a sleek, dark chocolate bar she didn't remember buying.
"What's this?" Ino turned the package over, her curiosity growing. Before she could fully inspect it, Sai wandered into the kitchen, his usual calm and unreadable expression in place.
"I saw it while I was out," he said, his voice soft and matter-of-fact. "I know you like chocolate, so I got it for you."
Ino smiled, her heart warming at the gesture. "Thanks, Sai," she said, but before she could say more, he was already disappearing back down the hallway. Typical.
She turned her attention back to the chocolate bar and carefully read the fine print. Her eyes widened as she absorbed the text: "Infused with natural ingredients to enhance intimacy and arousal in women."
A mischievous smirk spread across her face as the possibilities began swirling in her mind. She set the bar down and leaned against the counter, thinking. Sakura was always so private about her relationship, and it wasn't like she'd ever admit if things between her and Sasuke were... lacking. But what if this chocolate could spice things up a bit? Maybe give them that extra push?
Ino grinned, an idea forming. She'd make a separate, smaller dessert for Sakura—something just for her to "try." No need to tell her what was in it, of course. It would be fun to see if it had any effect, and if it did... well, Sakura could thank her later.
"I'll just make a little something on the side," Ino murmured to herself, reaching for a smaller bowl. "For research purposes, of course."
As she started preparing the batter, her thoughts danced with amusement. She knew Sakura would be a little suspicious at first, but with the right coaxing, she'd try the dessert. And who knows? Maybe a little heat was just what their relationship needed.
Ino couldn't wait to see how the night unfolded. With her little surprise in tow, this dinner party was bound to be more exciting than usual.

Sasuke stood by the window, watching as the sun dipped below the horizon. His hands rested loosely in his pockets, his expression calm but inwardly resigned. The familiar sounds of Sakura moving around the kitchen filled the house—soft clinks of dishes, the faint sizzle of something frying. It was peaceful, domestic even, but Sasuke couldn't shake his weariness.
He wasn't a fan of these parties. The constant chatter, the noise, the large group all crammed into the same space—it wasn't his idea of a relaxing evening. But Sakura loved them, and Naruto practically lived for these gatherings, so Sasuke found himself going along with it. He sighed, shifting slightly as he glanced over at Sakura.
