Rosma's POV

It has been about two months and he hasn't hurt me not once nor did he give me any new information about our situation and there's defiantly something wrong with his 'team', but what?

Where even am I?

I can't even escape.

But I must get out of here.

I must.

"Dearie, are you awake?" The Monster asked me with a gentle squeeze on my shoulder, "time to get out of bed my dear, you've overslept again."

"I'm awake." I answered sleepily while I turned to get a better look at him, "I'm sorry."

"Good, good, now be a good girl for me and I will give you a surprise my dear, come with me, now I already softened my scales in oil and salt and all you will have to do is take this tweezer and pluck the scales off my back and immediately press a cotton ball soaked in alcohol onto it."

"Wait what scales?"

"Don't worry Dearie it's easy, nothing to worry about."

With only a white towel draped around his waist he laid down onto his bed where another fluffy towel appeared out of nowhere.

"Go ahead, Dearie."

The Monster's scales are a light cream colour and they come off easy, but it hurt him a lot. Gently I plucked one off.

"Hey, hey gently, gently now."

"I'm sorry," I apologized as I pressed the soaked cotton ball onto the small indent that was barely bleeding.

"Asstro, do you have black blood?"

"Yes now get back to plucking."

I nodded and went back to work.

"Ouch, that hurt!" He squealed.

"Wow, you sound like a girl." Lothor mocked from the doorway where his lazy face popped out.

"Go away!"

"Fine, fine."

I watched him until he left with a flip of his brunet hair.

"Well? Go on now, Dear."

"Yes Asstro, sorry."

I went back to the task at hand, slowly I made progress as he whined from the pain.

"Asstro, I'm done."

"Good girl, now follow me for your surprise."

With a shy blush decorating my cheeks I followed behind him, all the way to the living room.

The swing that hung from the room was the first thing that caught my eye as soon as we walked through the doorway.

"Surprise!" The Monster sang

"Is that my surprise?"

"No, it's Brocky's breakfast," said the Monster sarcastically, "yes of course it is my dear."

"Thank you, Asstro."

"Come let me push you."

He let me play on the swing as he pushed me until it was time for breakfast and to feed Carrot.

"Sweet pea, go on ahead to the kitchen while I go put some clothes on and I'll join you shortly for breakfast and make me some coffee while you're at it, and I want extra sugar in mine."
