This is just going to be a short fluff story. Basically Shelly's mood affects the weather (Just because) So normally it would be sunny, but something, or should I say Someone changes that.
Shelly had just gotten out of bed when she heard the usual announcement where the toons were all called to do runs. She got down to the elevators to see that she was with Vee, Scraps, Goob, Glisten, Rodger, Toodles, and Boxten. She was happy, she had always had a crush on Vee, ever since childhood, but she never seemed to return those feelings. They were on the 3rd floor when she saw Vee struggling a bit so she decide to go encourage her.
"You got this Vee!"
"Ugh can you just go away, you're so useless, all you do is encourage others but you don't realize that your stupidness can attract twisteds."
"But I was just trying to-"
"Nobody cares Shelly, just go away so we can finish this run already"
Shelly walked away disappointed as she felt her heart shatter into a million pieces. The truth was that Vee also had a crush on Shelly, but she thought that Shelly was out of her league and she thought she was being cool by hurting her. They finished all the floors required and felt the elevator go back up to Gardenview. Everyone looked up at the dome and saw it start to rain a few drops of water. They turned to look at Shelly, but she had already run off somewhere. Of course, they all knew only one person could do this as they turned to Vee.
"It's not my fault she's so emotional!"
"Well if you hadn't said those harsh words, maybe this wouldn't be happening"
Scraps pointed to the dome. The rain got heavier and it started pouring.
"Ugh fine I'll go talk to that bimbo fossil looking thing"
"Vee, we all know you like her, stop trying to be cool by hurting her and confess already"
Vee walked off knowing where Shelly probably went (Vee watches her of course c:)grumbling about how she didn't actually hurt her. But deep down she know she messed up badly.
She looked at a tree and right bellow it she saw Shelly with her face in her knees and started to approach her. At first she sat next to her not knowing what to say, sitting in awkward silence before Shelly broke it.
"What do you want..."
"Look I'm sorry okay, it's just that I don't actually need your help"
"VEE!" She heard everyone scream as the rain got even worse
*sigh* "Look Shelly, I'm really sorry. I've had a crush on you for such a long time now and I thought I was being cool by hurting your feelings or acting that way. The truth is I just wanted to impress you. I understand if you don't like me back."
"I've liked you for a long time too..."
"Really? All this time I thought you wouldn't since I always seemed to bully you."
"I'll admit, it did hurt when you said those words but I forgive you."
Vee pulled Shelly into a hug before kissing her. They started making out with their tongues (YES I KNOW VEE IS An OUTDATED FLATSCREEN TELEVISION, IT'S JUST LOGIC I GUESS)
They got interrupted by Roger trying to check up on them. Roger just gave a weird look before covering toodles' eyes.
"GET A ROOM, WE STILL GOT A KID HERE YOU KNOW"
"Uh, Toodles, let's just go play with Scraps, I heard she has a new toy for you."
"YAY I GET TO SEE SCRAPS!"
Vee just picked up Shelly and carried her bridal style into her room. Luckily they had sound proof rooms, if they didn't...
Author's Note: I'ma be honest, I don't know what I was thinking when I wrote that, but oh well. I struggled especially when i was trying to pick out Vee's lines catching her sarcastic tone, but IT WORKED OUT. Now my favorite part of writing stories, WORD COUNT
