A Friend For Pebbles (Sprout x Dandy)

This is just a small fluff story, Sprout is top this time.

(ALSO THE PICTURE DOES NOT MEAN DANDY IS A FURRY, IT'S JUST A PIC) (It would be funny to have a story of where Dandy turns into a cat somehow though)

Anyways, Short summary: Since all the toons are always out on runs and Pebbles is the only small midget "animal". He seems lonely, so Dandy and Sprout decide to get a cat as well.

Dandy woke up feeling sprout's arms around his waist not willing to let him go. Sprout was always clingy when it came to cuddling at night or just overall. Today was the day they were finally going to get a friend for Pebbles! They discussed this a lot over the past year (It was actually only the night before but Dandy felt like that was a year) Of course, the other toons heard about it and everyone was super excited, especially Toodles and Scraps. 

"Sprout he gotta get up and get the cat"

"mhmm 5 more minutes?"

"*sigh* fine, but ONLY 5 more minutes, the cat's waiting"

Dandy settled back into the blankets as Sprout continued to spoon him, he turned around now facing sprout and resting against his chest. Once 5 minutes had passed Sprout kept asking for another 5 more minutes till they stayed an extra 30 minutes in bed. Finally Dandy thought that it was to much.

"5 more minutes?"

"Sprout, you've been in bed for an extra 30 minutes already"

"awwwwww"

"I'll get out of bed if you give me a kiss ;)"

"fine..."

"Can I also give you a hickey?"

"no. not now

"awwwww"

They finally got ready and decided to being pebbles along ultimately letting Pebbles decide on which friend he wanted. They arrived at the store and Pebbles sniffed around before immediately dashing to an adorable what looked to be a pair. The attendant came over and started explaining things. (Looked something like this in Dandy's shoes)

Chatter box attendant: These 2 cats are inseparable so I'm forcing you to take them both home so i can get more money. (These 2 lovely cats are twins, it's hard to separate them, but it is possible, it's your choice though)

Dandy: What do you think Pebbles?

Chatter box attendant: According to my calculations you can't speak to animals. (Awww that's so cute, you can communicate with your dog, I'm pretty sure you can do the same with these cats if your dog helps them)

Pebbles: BARK!

Dandy: What about you love?

Sprout: I think it's perfect

Chatter box attendant: Okay that will be 10000000000 tapes for the cats alone with 1000000000 more tapes for their vet needs and 10000000000000 for all their equipment. Tap when you're ready to pay (Okay, since this is a shelter, they are free, we have them spade but the cost of that would be 5 tapes each if you are okay with that. As for the equipment, we provide a carrier for both a long with a few toys and a supply of food for 1 month.)

They decide to name them Peanut and Jelly (I just think those names are cute since it lookes like it would fit them)

 They got everything ready and while paying pebbles got a bit to excited and started running around. 

"Thank you love"

"Your welcome"

"Mhm love you to"

They took Jelly and Peanut home and of course everyone started fussing over trying to pet them. Since Pebbles slept in Sprout and Dandy's room they couldn't let the cats in right away so they moved them to Astro's room (Because scraps shared a room with a tall ass figure who is going to strangle the cats to death) (Also bc Astro's room is more calming) Sprout was not happy about this but reluctantly gave in.

Author's note: uhm, I know this was more of a pebbles story than a Sprout x Dandy story but I didn't know what to do. I'm sorry :(. I don't have much comment on this story bc i am currently obsessing over the cats- anyways. MY TIME TO SHINEEEE, WORD COUNTTTTTTTTT
