Hey everyone! I've read all your comments, and I'm so grateful for them. Just to clarify, I'm not against Sailub and Nut's relationship at all—the story is purely fictional! But who knows, I'm just a bit overprotective of my baby Pon in real life, so Sailub better watch out! 😂 Thank you so much for reading, and I hope you continue to enjoy the story!
As the days went by, Nut began to notice the growing number of fan edits and videos featuring Ping and Pon. It was hard to miss—the internet was buzzing with the new "ship," and fans seemed to love the dynamic between the two. Nut had even stumbled upon a few videos himself, and though he was amused at first, he couldn't help but feel a little concerned about how far things were escalating.
One day, after a particularly long shoot, Nut approached Sailub while they were both taking a break in the dressing room. Sailub, as usual, was going over his script and preparing for the next scene. Nut hesitated for a moment, unsure of how to bring it up, but eventually decided to address it.
"Hey, have you noticed all the videos online about Ping and Pon?" Nut asked casually, sitting down beside Sailub.
Sailub raised an eyebrow and glanced up from his script. "Videos? What videos?" He seemed genuinely confused, as if the idea of fan-made content hadn't even crossed his mind.
Nut couldn't help but smile at how oblivious Sailub could be when it came to media and fan reactions. "You really don't keep up with this stuff, do you?" Nut chuckled, shaking his head. "The fans have been making a lot of edits shipping Ping and Pon. It's becoming pretty popular. Even the cast and staff have been teasing them about it."
Sailub's expression remained neutral, though Nut noticed a slight furrow in his brow as he processed the information. "Shipping? Between Ping and Pon?" he asked, his voice calm but with a hint of surprise. "I hadn't noticed."
Nut leaned back in his chair, watching Sailub carefully. "Yeah, it's all over social media. But what's interesting is that the staff and cast seem to be fueling it too. They're constantly teasing them, and the fans are eating it up. I just thought you should know, since, well... maybe there's more to it."
Sailub frowned slightly, setting his script aside. "More to it? You mean between Ping and Pon?"
Nut shrugged, though there was a glint of curiosity in his eyes. "Maybe. I don't know for sure, but from what I've seen, Ping doesn't seem to be denying anything. He's always around Pon, and I've noticed the way he looks at him sometimes. It's like he's... protective."
Sailub's frown deepened, and for the first time, there was a hint of something like concern in his expression. "Protective?" He echoed the word, as if trying to make sense of it. "I haven't really paid attention to that. I thought Ping was just being friendly."
Nut tilted his head, watching Sailub closely. "Maybe he is. But the way people are teasing them, especially the staff... it feels like they think there's more to it. And if the fans are picking up on it too, it might not just be in their heads."
Sailub was quiet for a moment, his gaze distant as he considered Nut's words. It was true that he hadn't paid much attention to the growing dynamic between Ping and Pon. He had always assumed Ping's actions were out of brotherly affection, nothing more. But now that Nut mentioned it, Sailub couldn't help but wonder if there was something deeper going on.
"I don't care much about what the fans are saying," Sailub said finally, his tone thoughtful. "But if the staff and cast are teasing them, that's different. They're around us all the time, so if they're picking up on something..." He trailed off, his expression unreadable.
