Chapter 1 Doctor Liam

'You are nothing but a poor boy from a poor family! What does he think of himself, how shameful!'.The voices kept ringing in Liam's head as he remembered his ugly past,it was the darkest moments of his life and he never wanted to experience it ever again.It was the time he felt helpless the most and he hated that feeling. 'Doctor Liam, Doctor Liam, Doctor Liam!',A voice brought doctor Liam back to reality.He realized that he had been lost in thought again.He sighed and he realized it was his annoying secretary and cousin Xavier.'Why did I even make you my secretary when I knew how annoying you are'.'Come on big cuz, aren't I a wonderful secretary ' Xavier said jokingly.' Anyway,your shift starts by 12 pm, bye bye cousin , my shift at home starts now so i gotta go.'. Xavier left before Liam could say anything. Liam sighed and went to get ready,he could never understand why his cousin love women so much, he could never bring himself to love any woman again since that incident. He was now a neurosurgeon, a perfect one at that and he couldn't afford to be distracted. He was used to seeing people cry daily that it has become a normal thing for him. He doesn't feel emotions like compassion and especially not for women, not even for his mother. Liam sighed and sat down on his couch in his spacious office. He picked up his phone to look up the Internet and stumbled on a particular news, superstar lily was coming back to her country. He saw the comments and everyone seemed excited, he couldn't stand it , He threw his phone away and got up to keep himself busy by reading. Just then ,he got a phone call,it was silly Xavier and Liam knew exactly what he was going to say. 'Hey cuz, auntie arranged a blind date for you,she said you must go. A plane is ready for you...'. Liam hung up before Xavier could finish talking. He couldn't bear to go because they were all the same, Pretentious. He got ready and left for his shift.He was used to the nurses giggles and stare and as usual he ignored them. Doctor Liam Was known to be strict and he was famous for his perfection and his dislike for women. He was also known for kicking out unserious doctors ,it was his hospital and his rules are to be followed. 'Who is he?' A new nurse asked and the other took their time to explain,'that is doctor Liam the CEO of this hospital. His parents are the second richest in country M but he built his hospital with his own hard work. Rumor has it that he was separated from his parents since childhood. I would like to advise you to stay away from him as far as possible if you want to remain here, Doctor Liam really hates women and can't even stand them touching him'. Just then,' SPLASH!'.
