Chapter 26 Mr Jones

The person turned around and it was a doctor. Luelle found him unfamiliar and she repeated her question. It was a male doctor and as soon as he saw Luelle,he whispered under his breath 'so beautiful '. Luelle saw him murmuring and asked him 'what did you say?'. He became flustered 'Oh I am so sorry ma'am, a doctor had asked me to get him a file. It was doctor Liam and he said it was for an emergency '. Luelle understood and offered to help him with the file. She also began searching for the file and soon, the doctor found it. But before he left. 'Madam, what is your name?'. Luelle would have said lily but she saw that Liam trusts him so she told him her real name , Luelle. The doctor left but unknown to luelle, someone had recorded both of them.
Liam was done with a surgery but he still has a lot to do and he didn't want to leave Luelle alone in his office. He called Xavier to take her home and Xavier came within minutes. He took Luelle home after persuading her that Liam had a lot of work. On their way, Luelle noticed that Xavier kept sneaking glances at her. She couldn't take it anymore and decides to ask him. "Is there something on my face, brother in law?". Xavier blushed realizing that Luelle had caught him. "Nothing sister in law. I just feel like I know you somewhere before. You look really familiar". Xavier said playfully. "Of course Xavier, I am a superstar after all". Luelle said and this made Xavier laugh. Luelle closed her eyes to sleep and Xavier's demeanor changed. "I guess she doesn't remember me". He thought in his mind. "By the way sister in law, why haven't you gone back to work lately?". Luelle grunts as Xavier wouldn't allow her to sleep peacefully. "I am planning on quitting,Xavier. I would really appreciate it if you don't tell anyone. I want to take over my father's business which he left for me". Xavier was shocked but he understood. She will have a tough time if she continues acting. "Will you continue modelling?". Xavier asked her and she nodded. " By the way, sister in law, what is your father's name?". Xavier asked curiously. "Mr Jones". Luelle replied and Xavier was so shocked that he almost crashed the car.
