Landing With Costumes On

I turned my small light on and my big light off and stared at the ceilling. I could almost hear the silence from outside. The small sounds of water of probably Charlie washing the dishes and it started to rain. It was exactly the moody sky that I needed to fall asleep and maybe even cry (but uh I don't cry, thats obvious). I kept overthinking about how Charlotte would react to this news. The worlds greatest spy, goes to space with random children who aren't spies. Wonderful I thought to myself.

slowly doozed off. About 15 minutes later, my eyes flutter open to the sight of Luca' face. "H-huh?" I mumbled confused. "O-oh uh hey. I-I was just checking.. I don't know.. Like I don't care but uhm I just wanted to see if you were doing okay" he stuttered embarrassed. I could tell in the dark that he was blushing slightly but I was also embarrassed. Its hard being seen in your worse like this okay?

My hair was messy, my clothes were all wrinkled, I probably had the biggest eye bags and I probably looked terrible. I groggily got up and went outside. Haley was not looking the greatest. She had her hair in a messy bun (she would never let her hair be even be slightest messy). Alex was her usual messy self but she looked different. That smirk off her face that was usually the only thing she wore when anyone was sad was gone. Luca and Liam were talking about something I can't even care less about, but Charlie.. oh Charlie. He was.. well what you could call depressed. Everyone looked depressed. He was wearing his beat up black sweater that he always wears whenever something is wrong, he was just staring at the clouds and the rain outside of the window. I sat down next to him, it was just awkward silence but soon, we actually entered space. If you turned and looked at the windows in the back, you could see the earth's shape. I've been to space before but it never stops amazing me. It really is beautiful but that beauty stops when the only person visiby impressed are Liam and Haley. The two moody kids were still giving the side eye to every planet there. Charlie didn't look so good.
"Hey"
"Hey" I replied. It was a silent ride for a while as we were entering space.
"L-look, I'm sorry Star, I just-"
"Yeah I'm sorry too"
"Me too"
"Fine I'm also apologizing"
They all said. Their eyes said it all. Like hey I get it, you guys were just trying to have fun but they didn't follow the rules! "Yeah.. its alright. I'm sorry if I snapped or got angry" I replied. Charlie smiled and passed me my water as we were entering space. I mean.. it was really awkward. Yeah everyone had apologized, everythings forgiven but it was just so weird and silent. Suddenly, there was a beep coming from the control panel. "Its just a call" I reasurred everyone who thought something was wrong. I walked over to the control panel and pressed a button. "Hello, Star here" I answered the call and Charlotte answered "Hello there, you will be landing a bit early, we are making a landing to Mion. Everything doin' alright?". "O-oh yeah everythings fine!" I smiled even if this wasn't a video call but then of course something had to go wrong. Alex and Haley made a joke and laughed. Now I'm not againts laughing or joking around but Charlotte heard this. "Whos voice is that?" She asked.
"U-uh Charlie!"
"Sounds like a girl though"
"Y-yeah well uh Charlies uhm sore is throat!"
"Excuse me?"
"I meant uhh Charlies throat is sore!"
"Wait hes sick?-"
*bleep* I hung up. Heres an explanation : First of all, we aren't allowed to make phone calls to anyone unless its for work purposes so I couldn't just say "oh yeah hes having a phone call with someone", second of all, WE AREN'T ALLOWED TO WORK WHEN WE'RE SICK! Working while being sick could be a big risk. What if working makes you even more sick? Once I've worked while having a terrible flu. I obviously put my clone to work in the "real world" for about 2 days. I came back even more sick and my parents were so worried something happened to me because my clone was doing just fine and now I'm all sick? Yeah.. making excuses to Charlotte is hard. But anyways, we soon landed but then I stopped and realised. When you land on any planet, you need a key card or like a spy ID so how are these idiots gonna get through security? I mean, me and Charlie can get through just fine but Alex, Haley, Luca and Liam can't. "G-guys.. uhm we have a problem" I said looking out the window. "What- oh.." Charlie sighed as he also realised what the problem was. "What? Whats wrong?" Alex asked nervously.
"So.. uh basicaly to get through security and stuff you would need an ID"
"Oh no, I didn't bring an ID!"
"N-not like a normal ID, like a special spy ID. Well I don't need one because I'm basicaly famous, I visit here alot but uh.. you guys will need one." I face palmed. I haven't I thought of this EURGHHH. "What if you just sneak us in? Say that we're like uhm not famous people or that we forgot our ID's" Haley stupidly asked. "How am I supost to sneak in 4 random kids pass security??".
"..Right.. so.. what are we gonna do? And also, why are we stopping by this planet? Whats it called?" Liam fixed his hair. "Another organization stole some of our papers, like important papers and we need to get them back" I said pacing around the room. Listen, I was still panicking about the fact that all four of them are gonna be really hard to sneak past security. Like I guess I've done something similar to this but not exactly. It was in like London but eh thats a story for another day. "W-wait.. another organization??" Alex stood up from the couch.
"Yeah.. uhm but that doesn't matter- Charlie what are you doing?"
"..I found these dinosaur costumes in the back"
"..okay.. and how is that gonna help?"

So the four of them put on their dinosaur costumes. Of course, Haley insisted on taking the pink one but she was complainning the whole time.. and so was everyone else. Well Liam was greatfull but the two brats weren't. "Seriously? This is ridiculous. Are you sure there isn't any other way?" Alex groaned. I couldn't tell what her expression was from the dinosaur costumes but all I knew was that she wasn't happy. Luca was the same but Haley's whole intire reason for complaining was different. "Ugh its so dirty and dusty in here! What if my hair gets ruined?? Eww! How long was it since the last time you cleaned this thing!?" She exclaimed. "Hey dude, I don't know but be greatfull you got them, now, act like robots. We'll just say they're mascots or something" Charlie opened the door. "But Hawks mascot is a bird.. well we don't have a mascot but its not a bunch of colourful dinosaurs!" I walked down the stairs. "Yeah but you got no choice" Charlie sighed as he closed the doors and the 4 dinosaurs were tryna act like robots or animatronics.
