it gets worse before it gets worse (idk bro)

this was for a school competition well, technically, this isn't the one I did because the one I did is in the school but yeah :D (I got 2nd place so yay?)

You know, these flowers specifically are grown in a drumstick tree (I hateee drumsticks) but they looked pretty so I did a quick sketch? And I made a mental note to only use pencil for flowers :D

I totally flunked with the nose. The eyes are nice but this is what happens when you don't use a refrence and have no idea how to draw a face 😞 so don't be like me and learn face structure, composition, and use a refrence before sketching something :)

I'm kinda mad at myself for making the sleeves black instead of using the same pattern as the who design, I'm still this 👌🏻 close to using black all over the person and just let the hands be but I'm worried it won't look that good so I won't.

I HAVE WRITTEN BETTER THINGS BUT LOVE? oh god. No. I don't like it and I hate myself because the first thing that came into my mind was this AND INSTEAD OF PONDERING OVER IT I JUST WROTE IT BECAUSE I'M TOO IMPATIENT ABOUT FINISHING A PIECE AAHHHHH

What's worse is that my handwriting looks so bad, that's not even my handwriting.

My camera quality is bad so it doesn't capture the details??? WHICH I'M SO SAD ABOUT?? because it looks so blurry and you can barely see anything but I swear it looks better in real life TT
