Chapter 7

"Anna, forgive me, please; I can't take it anymore."

On September 20, 2017, the news of Anna's death was reported all over the country. Everyone was shocked, surprised, and scared by the death of a young woman, and the news did not say what the reason was why Anna died.

On September 22, 2017, many people visited in the funeral of Anna; all paid respect to the parents and their daughter, and one of them is that my parents went to pay respect and ask for forgiveness for what I did to my beloved. On that day, my parents also died in an accident because they lost their brakes while they were driving back to the city on their way home.

On September 24, 2017, in a day's search, authorities found their cold corpse in the depths of the cliff, and there bodies couldn't be identified. When I heard that, I couldn't stop crying so much. I don't know if this is a reality or just a nightmare.

On September 26, 2017, when my parents returned from our home, even one of our relatives did not come to condole with their departed relatives. At that time I felt like I wanted to be crazy and scream bitterly inside because of the anger and what I heard on the news. It's all a lie, but I just suppressed it and kept it inside; even though it hurts a little, it's also for my late parents.

September 28, 2017, when to say goodbye to my parents in a cemetery. while slowly burying their bodies. I just looked up at the sky while tears fell from my eyes along with the flow of heavy rain. And only one of my aunts just came to burial. All that day, the man with a black umbrella was there, watching from afar. 

The rain continued to fall outside Anna's apartment while they were drying their hair and bodies after they played in the rain. After Anna dried his hair, she looked at James and felt worried about him because of the cold.

"James, are you cold? Sorry if I dragged you in the rain earlier."

After James heard Anna's apology, he was confused at first, and after some minutes, he got what Anna pointed at and shook his head, and he said.

"It's okay, Anna! Don't think about it. Even wanting to play in the rain is so nostalgic."

While the two of them were talking, the girl thought of making hot chocolate to warm their feelings in the middle of the cold weather. She excitedly asked James.

"James, would you like me to make you some hot chocolate?"

"Huh!? Ah... Yes, Anna..."

"Yay!! Alright, James, I'll do it hehe~"

Anna's smile shows happiness as she goes to the kitchen to prepare hot chocolate for James, while the young man looks scared to the girl. because he remembered that they were together back then. 

"I really hope nothing bad will happen to her, but I still worried about her, like after she cooked eggs for me. The egg she cooked looks like asking for justice because it really destroyed, like all over the egg is burned."

A few minutes passed and Anna still hadn't finished making hot chocolate, and the young man's face could see the apprehension of what was happening in the kitchen. James couldn't stand it anymore; he went to Anna in the kitchen. James asks Anna what's happening in the kitchen.

"James, don't enter the kitchen!!!!"

James didn't listen to what Anna said, and he just kept going inside the kitchen, and when he entered, he saw the messy utensils scattered and chocolate stained everywhere in the kitchen.

Anna couldn't stop crying when she saw James enter the kitchen. She was ashamed of the young man for what happened to her in the kitchen. When James saw that the girl was in tears, he immediately approached her and tried to stop her from crying. A few minutes passed, and Anna stopped crying while the young man was talking to her.
