The abandoned litter of kits have been given names. Please welcome Cowriekit, Geckokit and Splashkit.

The votes are in and Whisperpaw is seen as the most guilty. As Hawkstar announced this, cats gasped and Whisperpaw shuffled around, nervously. What will happen now? Some cats wondered if she was innocent and some cats wondered why would she kill Hollyclaw?

Before anything else happened, a flood came in and nearly every cat scrambled away to get to safety.

Rushfur, Oleanderdust and Silentwind standing guard as everyone was scrambling to get out. They were the last ones to get to a higher place but then Oleanderdust slipped and hit his head on a branch that floated there in the flood. Silentwind drove in to save her mate as Rushfur cried out their names. Both cats didn't resurface and just as Rushfur was about to dive in to search for them, she felt someone grab her by the scruff and pulled her away from the edge.

It was Speckledfeather and he shook his head. The two cat's bodies were never recovered.

Having four kits was a hard task to get them to safety with Bubblekit and Frogkit being carried by their scruffs and Jasminekit and Juniperkit being carried by Hawkstar, Risingsun nearly dropped her kits multiple times and it was only her and her mate around them as some of the cats have gotten separated or were way behind. Bubblekit was getting fussy and wiggled out of her grasp and fell into the water below. Risingsun shrieked through Frogkit's fur and Hawkstar, giving his mate the rest of their kits, dove in. It took way too long for him to resurface with a limp Bubblekit in his jaws. As he reached his mate, he placed Bubblekit down and shook his head and Risingsun wailed in grief.

Somewhere else, Flowerthorn was helping Starlingtrill and Bramblesnow when Starlingtrill suddenly groaned in pain and hunched down. Bramblesnow confirmed that their kits were coming and both cats panicked. Bramblesnow was looking around for a surface to place Starlingtrill in and to set Cowriekit, Geckokit and Splashkit down as they were carrying the kits. Flowerthorn volunteers to find a space despite it being too dangerous to go alone. He left and Starlingtrill shook in fear and pain. Later, he found an area and Bramblesnow took everyone else there. The kits and Starlingtrill were set there but due to the intense wind, Geckokit was nearly knocked off when Flowerthorn saved him but not after getting knocked off himself. Starlingtrill cried out his name but no response.
