A few years had passed since you woke up on that beach, and now you looked around 10 years old.
Fontaine was an even more beautiful nation in real life, with gorgeous oceans filled with life, and beautiful landscapes that took your breath away.
The cities were much simpler, with only a few small houses and a building-in-progress area you supposed might become the Opera Epiclese one day.
Egeria was a very nice person, but... something always felt off when you walked the streets of Fontaine.
You could hear whispers from the shadows.
"She shouldn't belong here."
"Egeria shouldn't have taken her in."
"It's bad luck! Just look at its horns on its head!"
"Devil child! Go away!"

When you were lonely, sometimes you would go out by the "river". The water was so crystalline and pure, and shimmering brightly underneath.
Sometimes it would rain, the water streaming down from the sky like tears... something you could sympathize with.
But still, life in Fontaine seemed (mostly) perfect.
Until one day...
