You and Blaise had graduated Hogwarts, three years ago. And you guys lived in a quaint little cottage close to town.
You guys had a Saturday tradition that it was a designated movie night and today was no different.
That night Blaise had set up yalls living room with dim candles, popcorn, and candy.
"Why so fancy?" you ask him, sitting down on the couch.
"Just setting a mood, ma. Roll with it," he tells you, sitting down next to you. Placing his arm around your shoulder.
The movie was "27 dresses"
As the movie passes by with nothing but laughter and light-hearted vibes, you noticed Blaise was acting off.
You turn to face him on the couch, his gaze lingers on you.
"What's wrong with you? You love this movie," you comment.
"How many times have you been a bridesmaid for our friends?" he asks you, taking your hand.
"Like 4 but why is that important?"
"Because I should have proposed to you a long time ago, and for that I am sorry baby," he tells you, pulling a ring box out of his gray sweatpants.
You look at him with wide eyes, "are you..."
He chuckles lightly, "yes I am YN, we have been through so much together and I have only grown to love you more. Everything gets better with age and now that I am a better man for you, I'm truly confident that I can be your husband with honor. Will you let me be your husband, baby?"
Your eyes water, by the time he finished his beautiful proposal. "Of course I'll marry you Blaise."
He pulls you atop of him in a bone crushing hug.
"Thank you so much," he kisses your hair.
You pull back slightly and he opens the box, revealing the huge karat ring.
"How did you afford this Blaise? It looks like a lot?"
"Baby, I've been dreaming of this since 7th year so I've saved up all my money from the ministry. It was so worth it though," he tells you, while he slides the ring on your finger.
The rest of the evening passes by in a blur of pure bliss. The movie had long went off but you guy's were just starting the first scene of your beautiful movie.
