"So have you heard from Cosmo yet?" Jace said to Ezariah as they were in line, getting a kids meal for Tory at the new campus.

It had been a week since Cosmo had last responded and that was just before they reached the abandoned building.

"Nope, after a while of them even being there, their vitals can't be read as well as their location. Honestly it's safe to assume they're..." Ezariah took a brief pause, turning to Tory who was busting out laughing as Ayzen morphed his face into different insects.

"I'm sure they'll find a way." Jace said smiling to Ezariah as he grabbed Tory's meal.

They made their way over to the table where Ayzen, Sage, Tory, and Niome were seated. Niome, however, seemed very disturbed. "Ugh, finally. It took you guys way too long to get my food." Tory groaned.

"Don't have to be a brat about it do you?" Jace teased, pulling up a chair next to her. "No, but getting princess treatment is fun." She responded.

"So how are you guys liking the new campus?" Ayzen said, returning to his normal face. "Well it's definitely safer, I've detailed 20 security cameras with security features just in the cafeteria." Ezariah responded.

"..." Ayzen stared at her blankly. "Anyways, what about you JJ? I'm sure the soundproof rooms have definitely benefited you." Ayzen turned to Jace.

"Ayzen, I will shove a d...." Jace glanced at Tory. "...dog in your.... mouth." He said, changing what he was originally going to say.

"How about you Nini?" Ayzen continued, now turning to Niome. He was deep in thought about something, and it didn't seem to make him exactly joyful. "Niome?" Ayzen said, waving a white flag, that seemingly appeared out of thin air, in front of Niome's face.

"Huh?" Niome jumped frantically. "How's the new campus, class rep?" Ayzen said, a bit worried. "Oh, it's fine." Niome responded coldly. "You good Niome?" Sage said, worried about him. "Yea, no it's just that um, I'm just going to run to the restroom real quick." Niome said, getting up like a soldier.

"He's definitely not good right?" Jace said. "No shit." Tory rolled her eyes. "You should really watch your language." A voice said from the entrance of the cafeteria. "Oh lookie here, the late comer." Ayzen rolled his eyes.

"Hope you know you only have ten minutes until class starts." Jace said.

"Yea, yea. No shit." Destiny bucked at Jace, proceeding to give Tory a high five. "We really shouldn't encourage this behavior." Jace sighed.

"Ok real talk, what's going on with Calista and Cosmo?" Destiny turned to Ezariah. "I'm not sure..." Ezariah responded.

"For all we know they could be dead!" Sage blurted out. The group got dead silent. "I'm going to class." Sage said, anxious for her brother.

"Yeah we should just get going." Ayzen said, following Sage out the cafeteria.

"Are they going to be ok?" Destiny asked Ezariah.

There was no response.

"Ms. E?" Ms. Haven said knocking on the dean's door. "She's not here." A masculine voice said from inside the office.

"Torrent?" Ms. Haven called out as she opened the door. After her eyes adjusted to the darkness she laid eyes on Mr. Torrent sitting on the dean's chair. "Where's the principal?" Ms. Haven said, closing the door behind her.

"She's gone." Mr. Torrent said, the chair's back facing Ms. Haven. "Gone to where?" Ms. Haven asked, walking towards the chair. "She's dead Haven!" Mr. Torrent stated, spinning the chair around to face Ms. Haven.
