AUTHOR'S POV 🍂

The dining table was a glow with warmth and conviviality as Manyaa and Jasmine sat alongside their parents, their faces radiant with smiles. Laughter echoed through the room, creating a sense of togetherness and belonging. The sunlight streaming through the windows cast a golden glow on the happy family, infusing the moment with an unforgettable charm.

Harman Kaur and Manpreet Kaur, the parents of Jasmine and Manyaa, were the epitome of exemplary parenthood. They were more than just parents; they were friends, confidantes, and guiding lights in their daughters' lives. With a deep understanding of their children's unique personalities, they nurtured them with love, care, and wisdom.

They never compared their daughters to others, instead, they celebrated their individuality and encouraged them to grow at their own pace. Their home was a sanctuary of warmth, laughter, and learning, where Jasmine and Manyaa felt safe to explore, express themselves, and flourish.

Harman and Manpreet's approach to parenting was a beautiful blend of traditional values and modern wisdom. They instilled in their daughters the importance of kindness, empathy, and resilience, while also encouraging them to be independent, confident, and fearless.

As they sat around the dinner table, sharing stories and laughter, it was clear that Harman and Manpreet had created a bond with their daughters that was unbreakable. They were more than just parents; they were mentors, role models, and friends, who had earned the love, respect, and admiration of their children.

In their presence, Jasmine and Manyaa felt seen, heard, and understood. They knew that they could always count on their mothers to offer a listening ear, a comforting hug, and a guiding hand. And as they navigated the ups and downs of life, they knew that they would always have a safe haven to return to, a place where love, laughter, and wisdom would forever reign supreme.

Manyaa's father, Harman, chuckled, "khass manya putar main hota office mein woh comedy show dekhne keh liye . !" His eyes twinkled with amusement.

(I wish I was there to see the comedy show at the office)

Manpreet, his wife, playfully rolled her eyes, "Dono ke dono ek jaise hain kabhi bhi serious nahi ho sakte humsha mazak aur mazak."

( You two are just alike, always making jokes and never serious)

Manpreet lovingly stroked Jasmine's hair, "Eat a little more, beta, you're still so skinny! Harman see, she's eating so little!"

Manya smiled mischievously, "Maa, I'm eating, but Di is getting all the attention as usual!" She pretended to pout.

Harman," Jassu putar itnaa kaam kyu khaa rahi kitni patli hote jah rahi hain acche se khaa aur jadaa khaa."exclaimed, her voice laced with maternal concern.

(Jassu, beta, why are you eating so little? You're becoming too slender!)

While Manpreet gently coaxed Jasmine to take another bite.

Manyaa pretended to sulk, "Papa, you're always giving Didi attention, what about me?" Her lower lip jutted out.

Harman teased, "Oh, Manyaa, Putar mein dono se barabar pyaar karta hu ." He chuckled.

(you're so dramatic! You know I love you both equally)

"Eat properly, aur zyada khaa, beta!" Harman chimed in, his eyes crinkling at the corners. "You need to keep your strength up, my dear."

Jasmine smiled sheepishly, her eyes darting to Manyaa, who was grinning mischievously. "Maa, Papa, I'm eating enough, I promise."

Manpreet lovingly stroked Jasmine's hair, "Thoda aur khaa, beta. You're still growing, and you need nourishment." She spooned another mouthful onto Jasmine's plate.
