Level Up

Last Episode

They were on their knees, and when they looked up, their Robot Armor was gone, leaving them in the black military jumpsuits they wore in every episode. They were in a different place, this time it was not all black, but a more beautiful landscape greeted them. There were small stars spinning like galaxies in the sky, a white bridge to infinity in front of them, and a brilliant glow on the horizon. All their adventures had come to an end and they hugged each other in happiness.

Ece, with shining eyes. "It's finally over," she rejoices, while Can says sadly, "I wish the others were with us, they deserved to see this too."

Ece lifts Can's bowed neck. "I hope we will see them again at the end of this light," she says, and holding his hand, they walk together towards the dazzling light.

When they arrive in front of the bridge, they stop and wait for a while. When they look at each other and take their first steps with happy smiling faces, one of them takes a step inside and the other one hits an invisible wall. When Ece pulls her foot back from the inside, she says "What's going on here?" in surprise.

Can sticks his hand in, then Ece reaches out her hand and this time her hand hits the invisible wall. Can must have realized something because he turns around in anger and walks backwards. She was shedding tears drop by drop. He points his head to the sky and shouts heartbreakingly. "AAAGGGGHHHH‼‼‼‼‼‼" as if he was pouring out all the pain inside him.

Ece stands in front of him and asks with a puzzled look, "What happened, why can't we pass?"

Can was having trouble even swallowing. "Only one of us can pass," he says.

Ece starts to have a nervous breakdown. "No! No! No! No! No! No! No! We came here together, we'll pass together!"

Can says, "It's just not happening!" but Ece keeps saying, "No! No! We will pass together!" she kept repeating. Can shakes his head from side to side with teary eyes without speaking for the last time and tells her that this cannot happen.

"What are we going to do then?" Ece asks with her exhausted face.

Can says, "You will pass."

Ece "I'll never pass without you"

Can "You have to."

Ece says "No‼ I will stay here and I will not go anywhere" and turns her back and walks away.

Can quickly steps in front of her and grabs her by the shoulders. He wipes her tears and says, "Don't do this! I can't go back to my life as a normal person after what I've been through. You are strong, you can do it."

Ece says, "I can't either."

Can said, "You can, think about your family. They are anxiously waiting for you right now. Go and hug them tightly."

"I don't want to leave you behind," Ece says with unceasing tears.

"You're not letting go, tell the police about the cave when you get out of here," Can said, pouting slightly to avoid showing the pain in his heart.

Ece "They call me crazy."

Can says, "We used to think it was madness until we experienced it. You are a smart girl, you can prove to them that this place is real, I believe you will succeed. I will be waiting for you somewhere around here, don't forget me."

Ece starts to cry even more. They hug each other tightly as if it is the last time they will see each other.

Can inhales Ece's scent for the last time and takes her head in his palm before saying goodbye. "Look into my eyes, I believe you can do this." After a deep swallow, he says, "Tell my mom that I love her and that I'm trying so hard to see her again, don't let her feel sorry for me, let her always be happy."
