LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, Pablo Xavier Woodard of 44 Victor Road, Melbourne VIC 3165, declare this to be my last will and testament.
EXECUTOR: I appoint Shawn Sollertia of 10/433 Collins St, Melbourne VIC 3000, as the Executor of my will.
DEBTS AND EXPENSES: I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid by my Executor as soon as practicable after my death.
Consequently, Fun Escape Co. will be passed down to Shawn Sollertia upon my death. As my legal stepbrother, he may do whatever he wishes with the company's property. If this is not applicable, the company must be sold and the rest will go into donation or charity.
DISTRIBUTION OF MY ESTATE: I give, devise and bequeath all my property, both real and personal, of whatever nature and wherever situated, to Dr Shawn Sollertia of 10/433 Collins St, Melbourne VIC 3000 and a current doctor of Caulfield Hospital to claim everything related to Fun Escape Co., this will include the shares and copyrights to modify whatever he may wish. The remains of my bank account will also belong to Shawn Sollertia. The property of 44 Victor Road, Melbourne VIC 3165 will be left to Amber Woodard, my blood-related sister. If none of them survives me, their benefits shall be sold and invested for the purpose of charity.
REVOCATION OF PRIOR WILLS: I revoke all prior wills and codicils made by me.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 8th day of September 2022.
