James was trapped in the dark world of the mafia. At first he was just looking for fun in the midst of his sadness, but bad luck befell him, he was used as a means of paying debt by a man he met at a bar and in the end...
This is a wild story, filled with forbidden love, dangerous games, and secrets that could cost you your life. But relax, it's just a story. Take a deep breath, enjoy the ride, and remember... sometimes, reality is more dangerous than fiction. :)
And ... please note that this story was originally written in Indonesian and translated into English by me. As I'm not a native English speaker, I apologize if there are any awkward phrases or grammatical errors. Feel free to point out any mistakes in the comments!
A little backstory: This story, originally titled "Mafia Baby" in Indonesian, was completed in 2023 (back when the #NetJames ship was sailing strong with love!). It's finished, and even has a full novel and e-book version. But then, in March 2024, I got a 'love letter' from Wattpad... They removed "Mafia Baby" just as it reached 160k reads. :( Even though it's finished and available elsewhere, the Wattpad version was irreplaceable. It broke my heart. I tried everything to get it back, but to no avail. So, I decided to have some fun and write an English version. Will this one survive? I'll definitely be toning down the rough language and vulgar content to make it more accessible, but it might feel a bit different. I hope you understand! MAFIA'S LOVER ____________________
"You know, k1lling a small ant like you is a small thing for me." Net played with the gun in his hand, then pointed it back at the man who was already pale in front of him.
"It seems there is no other way but to kneel and beg for mercy, to drop my dignity in front of him, rather than having to die stupidly!" thought James.
James knelt down with his body shaking.
"Please don't kill me, Sir... I-I can do anything for you, just don't kill me, I beg you..." James continued to kneel and beg.
Net walked over to James. Then crouched down and grabbed James' innocent, frightened face using his gun. There was sweat dripping down James' face and neck, making a small grin appear on the mafia boss's face.
"Then, you have to follow one of my wishes ..."
James hesitantly and fearfully waited for the thick-browed man to continue his sentence.
"It is my wish that can free you from death..."
Still grabbing James' face with the gun, Net brought his lips close to James' ear.
"Fvck with me tonight," Net whispered in James' ear in a deep voice.

Intending to entertain himself, James is instead trapped in an illegal casino bar and confronted directly with the cunning mafia, Net Siraphop.

One sentence from Net that made James immediately swallow his saliva. James did say that he would do anything as long as the mafia didn't kill him, but... should it end like this?
Between his dignity and saving his life, which should James choose?
