Father placed a hand on my shoulder, breaking me out of the slight trance I had found myself in. “Now now Y/N, let's at least give them a chance to fight back. Let the Saibamen fight them one by one. I'm sure killing those weaklings in the flying vehicle was enough to sate your bloodlust for now.”

‘Weaklings? That's right! I-I just needlessly murdered those men in the aircraft! Damn it, I sho-’ I wasn't allowed to finish my thoughts, as the Namek began shouting and took my focus back on to him.

“We're not here to play games and we're not going to fight on your terms. We will take you all on at once!!!” Namek exclaimed, his face expressing great rage at being seen as a non challenge to us. The noseless dwarf of the trio had to talk some sense into him.

“Hey now, easy! We're still waiting for Goku to show up. We can buy ourselves time by playing their game like this.”

‘Goku? They must be referring to Kakarot, but isn't he dead? The Dragon Balls perhaps?’ I looked at my father and it seemed he had thought the same thing. ‘I shouldn't lose focus of what we're here for, those men would've been killed or enslaved eventually anyway after we finish up here. I should just focus on hurrying this up.’

“Fine I'll go first I'm not afraid of these little creeps! It'll be a good warm up before the main course!” The triclops spoke, before stepping up, a Saibamen doing the same.

A few tense seconds went by before the Saibaman rushed forward to engage the human, but Tien simply retaliated with a palmed strike, blowing back the Saibaman. Tien now rushes in and tries to follow up with another hit, but the Saibaman regains its footing and opens his cranium to launch an acid spray at his opponent. Tien dodges the attack, landing behind the Saibaman and clicking the Gremlin in the face with so much force it crumples to the floor.

“What? He beat em that quickly?!” My voice shook in annoyance that the Saibamen I had was beaten by some human on a weak planet.

“Tch, I told you farming was clearly a waste of time for Y/N, and here lies your proof on the floor. What a pathetic batch.”

“B-But they should be as strong as Raditz right n-...” My words caught in my throat as I finally understood what he meant by them being a bad batch.

“Exactly, so you see what I mean.” Father responded, as the injured Saibaman tried to get up. I went to go retrieve him, but before I could my father's finger shot up and blew him to bits.

“Father!? Why woul-” “A fighter that can't fight is useless! There's no point coddling something that won't improve!” Father interrupts me, his glare now aimed at me.

“B-But he was still ca-ah!” My mouth shut itself up when Dad's glare sharpened, ending any more complaints I'd make.

Father looks back to the remaining Saibamen. “The rest of you lot better put up a better performance than that one. Now who's next?”

“All right. I'll g-”

“Hold up Krillin let me go next would ya? Let me show these punks just what Earth is capable of! Plus you've already been brought back once by the Dragon Balls I haven't so if anything happens at least I know I can be revived. But I'll show them we are not to be underestimated, we Earthlings wi-huh?!” Before the human could finish whatever long-winded speech he had clearly written up before coming here, one of the Saibamen latches on to him in a tight bearhug befor-

BOOM!!!!!!

“Perhaps I did make a defective one or two.” I say incredulously, shocked at the sight of where the suicide bomber I had grown just blew up, leaving a crater with a dead corpse inside.
