Bio: Chuckie is the son of Ann Darnell (Vapor). Let's just say he has a hard life trying to do good unlike his mother. When he first developed on his powers, he was scared of it because he wish he would have different powers. Very misunderstood he is, He isolated himself away from people, but he has to survive. so he became an antihero to survive for his life. Needless to say it won't help anyone or do him any good. Sad story I might say.😔
