The portal spat them out onto a barren, wind-swept plateau, the air heavy with a sense of timelessness. As the Umbrella Academy stumbled to their feet, they found themselves standing before a towering, ancient temple carved into a mountainside. Its architecture was unlike anything they had seen before—alien, yet eerily familiar, with swirling patterns etched into the stone that seemed to pulse with an otherworldly energy. The sky above them was an ever-changing swirl of colors, no sun, no moon—just the endless shift of time.

"This is the place?" Luther asked, brushing dust off his jacket as he took in the temple's imposing structure.

Five nodded, his face set in determination. "This is it. The Temple of the Lost Hours."

Klaus, who was already staring at the swirling sky, let out a low whistle. "Well, it's definitely got that apocalyptic vibe. Are we sure we're not dead again?"

Diego ignored him and moved forward, his sharp eyes scanning the area for any sign of danger. "Let's not stand around waiting for something to jump out at us. We need to move."

Zara stood at the base of the temple steps, feeling a strange pull emanating from the structure. It called to her, a deep, vibrating hum that resonated with the energy inside her. She was terrified, but she couldn't ignore the connection. The Void—whatever it was—was tethered to this place, and she could feel it pulling her closer.

"I can feel it," she whispered, more to herself than anyone else. "It's here."

Viktor stepped beside her, his expression one of quiet support. "Whatever happens, we're with you. We'll figure this out."

Zara glanced at him, her heart racing. She wanted to believe that, but the fear gnawing at her gut was impossible to shake. The ancient warnings, Sir Reginald's frantic notes—they all pointed to one thing: her power was more dangerous than she had ever imagined. And if she couldn't control it...

Allison placed a hand on her shoulder, grounding her. "You're not doing this alone, Zara. We're a team. We'll figure it out, like we always do."

Zara swallowed hard and nodded. Together, they began the ascent up the temple steps, the air growing colder with each step. The eerie silence of the place was oppressive, as if time itself had been sealed away.

As they reached the entrance, the massive stone doors groaned open, revealing a dark, winding corridor. Five led the way, holding his briefcase in one hand and a strange device he had taken from The Commission in the other.

"What exactly are we looking for in here?" Luther asked as they stepped inside, the darkness closing in around them.

"There should be a central chamber," Five replied, his voice echoing through the corridor. "That's where the ritual can be performed. If the legends are right, it's the only place where we can sever Zara's connection to The Void."

"Sounds easy enough," Klaus quipped, though there was an edge of nervousness in his voice. "Find the magic chamber, perform the ancient ritual, stop the apocalypse. No big deal."

Viktor glanced at him, his eyes narrowing. "We've done harder things."

Klaus grinned back. "True. But those usually ended with us nearly dead or worse."

Diego, walking at the front with Five, suddenly held up a hand, signaling for everyone to stop. "Quiet."

The group froze, listening. For a moment, there was nothing but the sound of their breathing and the distant hum of Zara's power. Then they heard it—a low, rumbling sound, like stone grinding against stone.

"Is that the temple shifting?" Allison asked, her voice low.

"No," Five said, his tone clipped. "That's something else."
