### Diary Entry — September 19, 2008

Dear Diary,

What a great day! I met up with Roberto again for another study session at the library, and it turned out to be even more fun than the last time. I'm really starting to look forward to our time together!

This time, he surprised me by quizzing me on my biology material. At first, I was a bit nervous, but he made it feel like a game. "Okay, quiz time! What's the function of the kidneys?" he asked, grinning. I couldn't help but laugh as I tried to recall the information. He was so encouraging, giving me hints and high-fives every time I got something right. It felt like we were a team, and I loved that he was so invested in my studies.

In between questions, we talked about our interests. I shared my passion for animals and why I want to become a veterinarian. He listened intently and asked great questions, genuinely interested in what I had to say. I could tell he was just as passionate about his own field. When he started talking about civil engineering, I could see the spark in his eyes.

"I've always loved building things from scratch," he said, his voice filled with excitement. "There's something so satisfying about creating something that can last for years, you know? Whether it's a bridge or a small structure, it's like leaving a piece of yourself behind."

I found that so fascinating! It's amazing how passionate he is about his future. We even started brainstorming ideas for a potential project he could work on. I could see how much he enjoys the process of planning and creating, and it made me appreciate his dedication even more.

As we continued studying, I felt a sense of comfort and ease between us. There were moments when our knees brushed against each other, and I couldn't help but blush. It was little things like that which made my heart race.

Before we wrapped up, he asked, "So, are you ready for the big bio test next week?" I laughed and replied, "As ready as I'll ever be, thanks to you!" He smiled back, and I could see that he was genuinely happy to help.

We agreed to meet again soon, and I can't wait! I love how our study sessions are turning into so much more than just academics. There's a connection growing between us, and I'm excited to see where it leads.

Goodnight, Diary!
