"Are you lost?" The lady asked her.
"N-No" said Maria.
"Well what are you doing out here this late ?" The lady asked.
"I'm looking for somewhere to sleep"said Maria.
"Oh okay what's your name?" The lady asked.
"My name is Maria" She said.
"Well Maria where are your parents?" The lady asked.
Maria got silent.
The lady could tell Maria didn't want to talk about it.
"You don't have to tell me if you don't want to but can I ask you something"the lady Said.
"Umm Sure" Maria said.
"How old are you?" The lady asked.
"Im 10 years old" Maria said.
"Oh okay well my name is Maya and I'm 26 years old by the way " Maya said.
"Would you like to come in and sit down?" Maya asked.
"Umm sure I would love to I guess"said Maria.
"Ok come on let's go in the house" said Maya.
They then went back in the house.
"Wow your house is so big and beautiful and it smells like fresh flowers" said Maria.
"Thank you" Maya said to Maria.
"Would you like some water Maria?"Maya asked.
Maria sit on the couch while Maya walks in the kitchen to get her a glass of water and then she comes back to the living room to take Maria her water but then she hears little foot steps coming downstairs so she turn
her head to see 3 year old.
"Hi buddy what are you doing up so late?" Maya asked.
"Mommy me had a bad dream so me wake up and try to go wake mama up but her not wake up so me come down here to you mommy " the boy said to his mommy.
"Mommy who that girl?" Liam asked with a confused face "
"Oh buddy I'm sorry you had a bad dream and the girl on the couch is Maria and she's going to be staying with us for a little bit but I have to ask mama first ok buddy" Maya said.
"Okay me gone go talk to her" Liam said.
I don't think that's a good idea right now and I'm pretty sure she's tired right now buddy" Maya said.
Oh no it's okay we can talk maria said"
"See mommy her wanna talk to me cause me so nice " he said smiling.
"That's right buddy you are so nice " Maya said to Liam.
He then goes and sit beside Maria and start talking to her.
"Hi my names Liam and me 3" he said smiling hold up 4 fingers"
"Hi Liam my name is Maria and I'm 10" said Maria"
"Okay me gone call you mar mar and when did you get here Maria because when me went to sleep you not here"Liam said with a confused look on his face.
"Well I just got here a few minutes ago" Maria said.
"Oh okay" he said sliding down off the couch.
"Liam come on it's time to go back to sleep" said Maya.
"Okay mommy bye mar mar me see you tomorrow" He said waving going back up stairs to his room.
"Come on Maria I'm gonna show you the guest room where you can sleep at " Maya said told her as she started turing off all the lights downstairs.
"Okay and thank you again for letting me stay here it means a lot" Maria said with a little smile on her face.
"Oh you welcome sweetie" Maya said
taking her to the guest room
In the morning
Maria woke up around 9:30 feeling
Someone hitting her.
When she opened her eyes she sees a very happy Liam standing on the bed with a pillow in his hand smiling.
"Good morning mar mar you come play with me?" Liam asked.
"Sure let me brush my teeth and wash my face first" Maria said.
"Otayy" Liam said.
Maria goes in the bathroom that's connected to the room and takes care of her business then goes downstairs.
As she walking down stairs she runs into Maya who takes her down stairs and introduces her to carina.
"Babe" said Maya"
"Si Bella" said Carina"
"This is Maria and she will be staying with us for a little bit" Maya said.
Oh ok hi Bambina,how are you?"asked Carina.
"I-I'm good thank you and if you don't want me here then I can just leave and go somewhere else" Maria said.
"Oh no Bambina you don't have to leave" Carina said.
"You sure I don't want to be a burden" Maria said.
"Si I'm sure" Carina said.
"Yeah I agree with Carina" Maya said.
"Ok" Maria said.
"just then they all heard Liam say no you no go you just got here and me like you a lot and me and you have to play together you promised mar mar and I hope you no lying because if you is you go to time out" Liam said.
They all busted out laughing.
"Im not leaving Liam I promise" Maria said.
