Wei Wuxian smirked as he leaned on the table. Nie Huaisang then unfolded his fan and fanned himself.
"I could cause some trouble. Though I have already done it." Nie Huaisang said calmly as the sound of the fan was the only thing that can be heard in the room.
Wei Wuxian looked at him confused. "You already started? How so Nie-Xiong?" Wei Wuxian proped up his leg and lean on it with his one arm. Nie Huaisang closed his fan with much skill, revealing his smirk.
"Wei-xiong, I cant tell you yet. But I am sure that Sect Leader Lan will investigate it."
Wei Wuxian smirked and sighed with disappointment from his response. "I see. I wish you luck on your plans."

Lan Xichen sighed again and he walked back and forth in the room. but then he heard footsteps. A knock then echoed throughout his room, then a voice of a young man came outside.
"Sect Leader Lan. There is some Gusu Lan Clan disciples who have come for you."
Lan Xichen sighed out of relief and put on a calm smile and opened the door. "Ah, thank you for informing me. Sorry for the trouble and thank you again."
The Nie disciple moved to the side and bowed in respect. "It's no big deal Zewu-jun." Lan Xichen then bowed slightly and left also with the Lan disciples waiting for him to the gate.

Arriving at Cloud Recesses, Lan Xichen came in the orchid room. There was Lan Qiren and Lan Wangji who was waiting for him inside. And a person beside Lan Qiren, he was holding a case. Lan Xichen looked at the Lans and they both looked serious.
"Shufu, Wangji."
He said as he bowed down as greeting. Lan Qiren nodded as a greeting and Lan Wangji bowed down as well.
"XiongZhang."
"Ahem."
Lan Qiren cleared his throat and both twin jades turned to him. "Xichen, Wangji." As Lan Qiren stated their names, the twin jades bowed to him.
"I have call you here today for a moment, because I have something to tell to you two."
The two brothers stood up right and looked at each other then at Lan Qiren. "What is it may be Shufu? Is it really that urgent to tell call me from a far distance as well?"
Lan Qiren furrowed his brows as he stoked his goatee. "I have managed to notice something within your mind and...your golden core."
Both brothers were shocked, there eyes were widened and Lan Xichen let out a gasp. "How so Shufu? And most importantly, what is it?"
Lan Wangji remained silent and only watched with shock maintaining his usual cold stoic demeanor. Lan Qiren sighed and cleared his throat.
"The thing is...I haven't confirmed it. But today I have to confirm it. So here is a physician to check on you two."
The person beside Lan Qiren bowed before them and smiled politely. "Hello Young-Masters. I will be checking your health and golden cores."
After a few minutes of getting ready, one of the twin jades then went behind the screen, and it was Lan Xichen. After moments of silence, he went out. Its seemed like the physician didnt tell him yet. Now the younger jade went behind the screen also to check.
Both Lan Qiren and Lan Xichen were waiting for them both and they both finally went out of the screen behind. Lan Wangji goes to his brother and Shufu and the doctor remained silent. He fiddled with his finger first until he spoke out.
"I am going to unfortunately tell you young masters and their guardian that..."
