Affirmations and Positive Thinking

Give yourself and others positive feedback. This will raise your self-esteem and other people's opinions of you. Affirmations encourage you and those around you to make positive changes to your lives.

Examples of affirmations are:

· I am good enough

· I can do this

· You are beautiful

· I am capable

· I am allowed to ask for what I need

· You are enough

Envision yourself succeeding. Many sports players and people in other careers use this tactic to help themselves reach their goals and not get scared off by any problems that show up. You can use it in your own life for any exams (this, of course, does not mean you don't need to study :P), sport games, meetings, and so much more!

Give yourself and others affirmations and you will be happier in the long run :)

Another way of doing this is buying an affirmation book that gives you an affirmation for every day. There are many different books out there and most of them are very affordable.
