I Hate Clichés

Chapter 3

"Why'd she go to the bathroom all of a sudden?" Wheein asked Yubin.

Yubin shrugged. "I'm not sure, but she did look a bit red."

"Sorry, I got sidetracked." Byulyi said.

"In the bathroom?" Wheein asked.

Byulyi just smiled awkwardly. "So, what's next for today?"

"I want to hang with you guys more, but I promised a couple friends I'd help out in cleaning up the festival."

Byulyi nodded and smiled warmly at the older girl. "That's fine, unnie. Thanks for hanging with me earlier."

Yubin blushed and smiled back. "Actually, I should be the one thanking you, since you helped me out earlier."

Byulyi chuckled softly. "Okay then, my pleasure."

Wheein pursed her lips, trying to contain her giddy smile. Yubin was being painfully obvious, but either Byulyi was pretending to not know or she was just that oblivious.

"Alright, see you guys." Yubin said still smiling, and blushing.

Wheein smiled at her and gave a small wave.

Byulyi smiled and gave a little wave as well.

After Yubin was no longer in sight, the blonde finally turned to Wheein, who was smirking at her.

"What?" Byulyi asked.

Wheein just smiled and patted the blonde's shoulder. "I pity your admirers."

Byulyi gave her a confused look. "What are you talking about now?"

"Nothing unnie, let's go get dinner." Wheein just giggled and hooked their arms together.

"So, what got you sidetracked earlier?" Wheein asked as she made her wrap.

"Yongsun and Irene-sunbae." Byulyi said.

Wheein froze and stared up at the blonde. "I'm sorry...what?!"

Byulyi nodded. "They were being weird, on stage too."

"Wait...what do you mean on stage?" Wheein put her wrap down and put all her attention on the blonde.

"Yongsun-sunbae kept winking at me, and Irene-sunbae kept looking my way during their performances...It was weird!" Byulyi exclaimed.

Wheein's eyes widened. "Is that why you left to go to the bathroom?"

Byulyi nodded and pushed up her glasses. "Yeah! And then they were both there!"

"What happened in the bathroom?" Wheein giggled lightly as she finally ate her wrap.

"First, Irene-sunbae scared the living crap out of me, she came into the bathroom like a freaking ninja. That was completely awkward. Then when I was getting out, I bumped into Yongsun-sunbae."

"Yongsun-sunbae seems nice." Wheein commented.

"I guess, she introduced herself to me, saying Hyejin had mentioned my name." Byulyi said.

Wheein looked confused. "She pretended not to know your name earlier when I met her."

Byulyi shrugged. "I don't know, I just know I'm going to try to avoid them both. It's just so weird being around them."

"Like you're a blubbering mess?" Wheein asked with a smirk.

Byulyi rolled her eyes. "They both just catch me off guard."
