A/N: Slightly inspired by a song and a movie called "Mean Girls." In this one shot, Rainbow Dash is a tomboy. I'm actually starting to like tomboy Rainbow Dash. :) Anyway, Enjoy the chapter!

"Do I have to go, Granny?" Applejack asked. Granny Smith, the one behind the wheel, turned to her right to look at her granddaughter who was already looking at her with an uneasy and slightly annoyed facial expression on her face.

"Yes, Sugar. You can't be in the house all the time, you gotta get out there and be a little social at some point." Granny replied with an honest answer, then proceeded to smile at Applejack for comfort.

"That's not what you've been saying for these past couple of years." Applejack said.

"Applejack, you already know the reason why I took you out of school. That happened almost a decade ago, and I really think you should consider trying t meet and hang out with people other than me and your siblings." Granny said calmly.

Applejack knew deep down she was right; per usual. But she was too stubborn to go into those double doors. She would see so many unfamiliar surroundings and would have to get use to getting up and going to school everyday. Not that she didn't get up early already, but she would actually have to leave the house. The thought of it made Applejack sigh and put her brown stetson over her face, definitely not amused about what was getting ready to happen. Unfortunately, she didn't have a choice and had to stop being stubborn.

"Fine." Applejack mumbled, taking the stetson from over her face and placing it back where it belonged.

Granny smiled, "Good. Now have a good day at school. Make sure to tell me all about it when you get home."

"I will, see you later. Love you." Applejack said with a small smile.

"I love you too." Granny said back before Applejack got out of the car and closed the door. Applejack exhaled before she walked over to the school property, taking a look at the 3 story school. Butterflies were in her stomach as she looked at the school before her, and it wasn't the good ones either.

Applejack shook her head, "Let's just get this over with." She said to herself before walking over to the double doors. The door was already opened by someone else, she thanked before fully going inside. She nervously looked around and all she could see was people she were not familiar with. She gulped before slowly walking, blending into the crowd of people who were mostly taller than Applejack. She looked around to find the door she was looking for. She eventually found it on her right hand side.

Applejack sighed again before knocking on the door, waiting for someone to clarify that she could come inside. Once they did and went inside. The lady at the desk and green, blue and pink hair and her skin color was white. There was another seat beside her but it was empty. Applejack gave the lady a small smile shortly after she smiled at her.

"Hello, you must be Applejack. I'm Principal Celestia, how are you this morning?" She asked.

"Good morning. And yes, I'm Applejack. I'm doing alright." Applejack replied, "I'm here for my schedule."

"Oh yes, that's right. Give me one second." Celestia said as she proceeded to go through papers on her desk that were neatly organized on top. Applejack patiently waited for her schedule, it didn't take long for her to find it. Being organized does a lot of favors.

"Here you go, Applejack." Principal Celestia said, handing the white sheet of paper to Applejack. Applejack took the piece of paper and smiled.

"Thank you."
