Sherese didn't want to care what other people thought. She decided to do her own thing and reinvent herself.
She started with her hair and went to a hairdresser, where she dyed her hair brown and got curtain bangs. After years of letting her hair grow long, it reached her waist, but she cut off the remaining blonde, leaving it just below her chest, maybe a little longer.
Next, she started eating healthy and exercising. As a result, she developed an amazing figure.
After that, she changed her style and went shopping. Her favorite color was brown, so most of the clothes she bought were in various shades of brown. Her style was chic, elegant, and had a touch of "old money" vibes.
One of her favorite outfits consisted of long white pants, a long brown coat, and a white shirt underneath. Her shoes were also brown, from a famous brand.
Her accessories were silver, even though she knew gold would suit her better, but she loved silver. She paired her outfits with a simple necklace featuring a small heart charm. Her favorite bracelet was heavy with many charms she had collected over the years, and she often wore pearl earrings.
Her makeup was simple. She loved a noticeable light blush, which stood out, paired with mascara that accentuated her long lashes and her green eyes. For her base, she used foundation, concealer, and finished the look with lip gloss.
Before this big makeover:
Sherese was always a bit short, but it never stopped her.
She was tired of people around her constantly putting her down, so she decided to channel her inner anger and strength outward.
First, she confronted her mother, fed up with her behavior, and proudly presented her new look. Her mother was both impressed and a little jealous, and she tried once again to push Sherese down.
Sherese snapped back at her, saying, "You should be proud of me. I finally look good, so why are you still trying to bring me down?"
Her mother, of course, denied it and acted like Sherese was overreacting.
Sherese retorted, "Oh God, this behavior doesn't work on me anymore. Seriously, grow up or go to therapy. I'm your daughter, not your enemy."
But her mother didn't listen.
Sherese, frustrated, shouted, "Listen to me, Mom! Don't act like I'm the worst child. I did everything you wanted, but you were never satisfied. Look at me!"
Her mother responded, "Don't yell at me."
Sherese replied, "Yell at you? You know what? I'm leaving this messed-up house. I've had enough. Goodbye."
She stormed off to her room, grabbed a suitcase, and started packing her things. Her mother followed her, asking, "Where do you think you're going? When your father comes home, he'll freak out."
Sherese answered, "Who cares? I'm 22 years old, I can go wherever I want. And if he freaks out, you can tell him it's your fault."
Leaving the house was hard, especially saying goodbye to her brother, whom she loved deeply.
Sherese didn't know where to go at first. She sat on a bench and cried her heart out.
Eventually, she booked a hotel room for a few days while she figured out her next step. She was determined not to return to that house.
After those few days, she decided to go to her grandmother's house, which was five hours away from her parents' home. Sherese had turned off her phone since the day she left, and although her parents tried to contact her multiple times, she didn't care.
Her grandmother had a different perspective and, while informing Sherese's mother where she was, advised her daughter not to come, saying that Sherese needed time alone.
Her grandmother was the only person who had always protected her, and Sherese felt calm and welcomed there.
Sherese knew she wanted to be successful, so she decided to start a YouTube channel. She began vlogging and discussing important topics. The beginning was tough, but gradually more people started watching her videos. Alongside that, she pursued fashion design and created unique looks.
It was a lot of hard work with ups and downs, but it was worth it.
However, just as her success was beginning, her grandmother passed away. Sherese was devastated and had to call her mother after years of no contact.
The funeral was held the next day, and everyone stayed at her grandmother's house. It was a heartbreaking day, and no one could believe she was gone.
Sherese couldn't bear to stay in that house any longer. Her father asked if she wanted to come back home, but Sherese quickly declined. "Dad, I can't live with Mom anymore. I just can't stand it," she said.
In the chaos of the day, Sherese had forgotten about her brother, who had grown so much. He wasn't easily recognizable anymore. He asked her if she would come back home, and again, she said no. "I'm good where I am," she told him. "Have you watched my videos?"
He replied, "Yes, of course! I'm your biggest fan."
Sherese decided to move out of Germany and relocate to Amsterdam, a city she had always dreamed of living in. She finally achieved her dream.
Her new home in Amsterdam was small, but it was perfect for her.
Amsterdam was a beautiful city, and Sherese was truly happy there. Her vlogs gained more attention after her move, and her success grew.
She did feel a bit lonely and single, but she wasn't actively looking for a boyfriend. There was a guy she had loved for years, but she wasn't sure if anything would ever come of it.
For now, her career was her main focus, and she hardly had time for anything else.
Interestingly, the guy she loved also admired fashion and reached out to her, but he didn't realize she had moved far away.
