World Rules

In this kingdom, societal rules are strictly imposed on families, particularly focusing on reproduction:

Childbearing Rules: Women are required by law to have precisely three children:

The eldest child inherits any business of the family.

The second-born child is conscripted into military service.

The third-born child is destined to become a scholar.

Consequences of Non-compliance:

Failing to produce three children results in severe punishment; the mother is either executed or exiled, and her existing children are sent to war, killed, or become illegal surrogates for wealthier families.

Exceeding the three-child limit is equally grim. A woman with four children will be executed along with the fourth child, and her other children will be exiled.

Treatment of Women:

Women must bear children between the ages of 21 to 35. If deemed infertile, they face death or exile.

If a man fathers a child with a woman who is not his wife, the woman is exiled, and the child becomes an outcast and servant.

Servant Class:

Personal servants for rich families are forbidden from having children. If a servant conceives a child, the woman is treated well only until childbirth, after which she is killed, and her child is raised to become a servant.
