As Riya accepted the prize, Anushka's family erupted in outrage, accusing Riya of cheating and sabotaging their daughter's chances. Riya's family retaliated, claiming Anushka's family was sore losers. The rivalry between the two families intensified, with both sides hurling accusations and insults.

Anushka, however, took the situation differently. Despite her initial disappointment, she approached Riya with a warm smile. "Congratulations, Riya! You deserved it," Anushka said, her eyes shining with genuine admiration.

Riya, taken aback by Anushka's kindness, felt a pang of guilt. She had no idea they were sisters, but she sensed a deep connection with Anushka. "Thanks, Anushka! You were amazing too!" Riya replied, her voice filled with sincerity.

As the two girls exchanged words, their families' animosity only grew.

As the competition ends Riya heads out to celebrate with her friends whereas Anushka goes to the library to find peace with novels and stories.

At the library, Anushka, seeking solace in books, climbed the creaky stairs to the library's top floor. As she reached for a novel, her foot slipped, and she felt herself falling. But before she could hit the ground, a strong hand grasped her waist, steadying her.

Anushka's gaze met the most captivating eyes she had ever seen - deep, dark, and piercing. The boy's chiseled features, sharp jawline, and cute smile left her breathless. His hand, still holding her in his arms, sent shivers down her spine.

Aarav, the same boy who had saved Riya earlier, smiled warmly at Anushka. "Careful there! Don't want you to hurt yourself."

Anushka's heart raced as she took in the sight of him. She felt an inexplicable connection, as if time had stopped. His gentle touch, the way his eyes crinkled at the corners, and his disarming smile all captivated her.

But Anushka couldn't confess her feelings, not yet. She didn't understand the flutter in her chest or the way her heart skipped a beat when their eyes met. All she knew was that she was drawn to him, irreversibly.

As Aarav released her on ground, Anushka felt a pang of disappointment. But he didn't move away. Instead, he leaned against the bookshelf, his eyes never leaving hers. "I'm Aarav," he said, his voice low and husky.

Anushka's voice barely whispered, "I'm Anushka." And with that, their hearts became entwined, forever changed by the gentle touch of his hand and the depth of his eyes.

For a girl who had never allowed a boy to touch her hand, this was uncharted territory. Yet, Anushka didn't feel the need to protest or push him away. It was as if her body had surrendered to the magic of the moment, and her mind was silenced by the butterflies fluttering in her chest.
