Nique walked inside of Vito's new warehouse for a business meeting. He knew business was business but he dreaded coming because of what had happened a month ago with Deanna. He didn't want to be reminded of her not one bit.

"Goomba, how are you?" He heard Vito say from behind one of the forklifts.

"I'm good, you?" Nique said as he dapped Vito up.

"I'm better. This is our new warehouse. It's disguised as a shipping company. It'll be easier to disguise product this way. Go ahead and take a look around. I got a call with some businesses in the area give me a minute." Vito ran off to his office.

Nique walked through the aisles and continued looking around. This was the prefect investment. It could bring in so much clean money. He believed Vito was a genius and didn't mind looking to him for advice.

He decided to walk on the next aisle and he seen the blonde curls flowing down her back as she helped the workers put things on the shelves.

"Famous, you slow or stupid? Getcha dumbass down." Deanna facepalmed herself with the clipboards

"Put the smallest box towards the bottom row Kanan. Not way at the top damnit! Then go get the rest off the truck outs-" She turned to see Nique watching her.

Nique left the aisle and decided to go down the next one. He didn't have anything to say to her honestly. His feelings were hurt. He knew his situation was fucked up be he was willing to change it for her.

He felt someone tap his shoulder and he turned to see her again.

"Can we talk please?" Deanna looked up at him while her hands were in her back pocket.

"I'm here for business Deanna. That's it." He looked down at her as a small frown crept up on her face.

"Please." She looked up at him as he shook his head no.

"Dee, you said we was a mistake ma. Ain't nothing else you can say." Nique brushed her off and continued checking out the warehouse.

Nique was extremely hurt by Deanna's words. He thought they'd been doing good. Once he was ghosted for two months, he knew they were far from good. His heart was genuinely hurting. How could she ever think that?

Nique was on the block chilling with Worrell and the rest of his members. The only way he coudl really ignore his feelings was getting money. He stood on the blook smoking his joint as the guys played music. He bobbed his head up and down to TLC's Baby baby baby as it played from the boombox
