Day 10, Wednesday

"One step kid. One step. I will personally make sure you stay in bed for the rest of the day." Keishin said loudly, his back facing the gym's doors.

How did he know?

"But I can help-"

"No."

"I want to-"

"No."

"Onii chan!" Hideko stumped her feet, regardless of how embarrassing as it may be.

"Stop being childish. Now go back to your room."

"But-"

"Little crow. You know how much I love having you here. But you should listen to your brother." Coach Irihata smiled.

"Go back. I'll bring your food later." Keishin said.

"But-"

"That's it. You stubborn little kid. Daichi, do something about your manager." Keishin said marching further away from the door.

"Coach?!" Noya asked loudly.

Karasuno looked at each other then at their captain who looked confused as they are.

"What are you going to do to her captain? Huh? Huh?" Tanaka asked pointing his finger at Daichi.

"Don't make this weird guys." Asahi said looking at his friends.

"Onii chan! You know I heard you, right?"

"Trust me. You'd rather have your captain handle you, than me." Keishin said from his place beside Takeda.

"I'll send her to her room-" Takeda suggested.

"No specs. She needs this."

"What do you mean, Ukai?"

"Trust me."

"Make sure she stays in her bedroom! It's your head on the line!" Keishin yelled at Daichi who jogged towards Hideko by the door.

"Yes coach! Do your best guys!" Daichi said with a wide grin as he left the gym.

A grin that not one player did not notice from both Karasuno and Seijoh.

Lucky bastard! The boys simultaneously thought to themselves.

"Coach, why can't sensei bring her to her room?"

Why does he have to do it? Tanaka thought.

"She needs her captain."

"We need him too!" Noya crossed his arms in front of his chest with furrowed  brows.

"Well then, I'll make sure to tell him that." Keishin smirked at his team.

"Come on guys, we need to focus. Let's do this for Hideko-chan!" Suga yelled with a wide grin and his hands on his hips.

"I want to help, captain." Hideko said in a low voice, kicking her feet as she walk.

"I know you do. But you need to rest."

"But I feel better! So much better." Hideko spun around with her arms wide open.

"No." Daichi said with a small smile, amused with Hideko.

"This is so unfair. I can't believe he's locking me in my room. What am I, 9?" Hideko rolled her eyes.

"He locked you in your room?" Daichi chuckled.

"Not him." Hideko's voice was emotionless and her eyes distant.

"Wait, you're not kidding?" Daichi looked at her surprised.
