Day 11, Thursday

Hideko tossed and turned on her bed as she tries to fall asleep.

"It's literally a few minutes before midnight." Hideko sighed, sitting up from her bed.

"I'm tired. But I can't fall asleep." Hideko dragged her feet to her door.

Maybe a drink will help me. Hot choco? Or maybe because there's someone in my mind...

"Damn it." Kuroo grumbled as he kicks his feet, walking around the field.

"Damn it. Damn it. Damn it." He kept on repeating balling his hands into fists.

What the hell is wrong with me today? He thought as he glares on the ground.

"Kuroo-san?" A voice called out.

"Kuroo-san?" He decided to ignore.

A hand gripped the sleeve of his jacket, stopping him from walking.

What now? He thought, annoyed.

He turned around with a glare, surprised to see Hideko in her pajamas.

"What are you doing out here? It's late. And it's cold." Hideko asked concern filling her eyes.

Damn it. He thought looking elsewhere, avoiding her eyes.

"Nothing." He replied.

Leave me alone. I don't want anyone seeing me like this. He thought, biting his lip.

Hideko rubbed her hands together to keep warm.

"Come with me. It's too cold out here."

"I don't want to go in yet. I'll be inside in a few minutes."

"I'm not asking. I'm ordering you." Hideko grabbed his arm, pulling him with her towards the dormitory.

Hideko sighed as she closed the main door.

You'll leave.

"Kuroo-san, would you like to-"

"Why are you still up, neko-chan?" He smirked.

"Shouldn't you be sleeping?" He added, walking closer to her.

Move back. Turn away. Do something other than look at me like that.

"Tell me what's wrong." Hideko asked, concern evident in her voice.

"Nothing's wrong. What makes you ask that?" He stopped in front of her, leaning close to her face.

Run away. Stop starting at my eyes.

"Tell me, is there something wrong?" He asked, tilting his head to the side.

Hideko turned to look at her side before taking a deep breath.

See. All the same. Kuroo thought as he starts to stand up straight.

What? Kuroo froze from his place as Hideko wrapped her arms around him.

Hideko nuzzled his neck.

Fck. He took a deep breath trying to focus.

Why? You're not suppose to like me. Like everyone else.

"Don't push me away." Hideko said, her breath fanning his neck.

Kuroo's eyes darted around as his body stays frozen.

After a minute or two, Hideko finally let go. Kuroo stood up straight as soon as she let him go.

"Come with me." Hideko started to walk.
